About how thick is the grip insulator once shrunk? 1mm? 2mm? Those finished grips look super bulky.
Hi what torque should the bottom bolt (T post side) be tightened to?

I bought a pair of boondoggler 2 for my rev. I don’t want to spend the money on new controls. I’ll have to cut the hooks off the end. Does RSI sell any aftermarket hooks I can put on instead of having to try and weld aluminum? Thanks
Tim apologies for the late reply. we do make additional hooks to add to Aluminum handlebars however they may require modification to install in the boondoggler handlebars
Does any rsi bar pad fit with any bars
Large bar pads - fit most any handlebar set up. with a riser. Small bar pads work on 2017+ ski-doo's & 2010+ Arctic Cats. Round bar pads - only fit handlebars with a cross bar.
So if I have a flatplate since my sled is a little older..and I buy a pivot adapter to make it a t-bar like the new sleds then put an riser on top of the adapter..will the turning of the bars have any 'sway' in them..or will it turn like I never did anything to it?
you wont be able to notice a thing should be solid just like your stock set up.

What height is the stock riser on a polaris rmk shift 600 2009?
Looks to be 3.75" height can be measured from center of handlebars to center of steering post.
