They should feel good they got a split on the road
Thought Canucks were done when they lost their goalies, its all bonus now.
Pickard is underrated. He doesn't need to be great, just not let in the one terrible goal per game that Skinner does.
Oil in 7
Pickard is like an eddy steady around .900 guy, I hve zero worried about him. Skinners top end is better but his floor is way worse.
They should be embarrassed. They had no business winning game 3 and game 4 they picked up where they left off. Zero effort until 10 minutes left in the third.
They scored 3 in the first. Then capitalized on a PP to keep a two goal lead. That’s not an embarrassing win
@@shanegleeson5823 they scored 3 in the first and got completely outplayed for 2 periods right up until the bell rang. We had no business winning that game. It’s not that i’m not happy that we did, but that’s the truth.
We can smell a Riot Part 3 coming in Vancouver on Saturday. 😳 😬
I cant wait
Great weather for it !!
This why the rest of the league hates Vancouver
They should feel worried. If Silovs cracks even a little, it's going to be a blowout. The high quality chances are hilariously lopsided.
Silovs has been a beast for them, won't even pretend he hasn't. If he falters though, Vancouver does not have the offense to make up the disparity that would come from that.
Completely correct. LA was outshooting the Oilers in the first series but they were nothing chances. The Oil are outshooting the Canucks and they are Grade A chance galore.
Like they always do , resilient. Brush it off and move on
As an Oilers fan, they will be fine. It's 2-2 and still a tight series, no matter what analytics say. It's the games won that matters.
Feel alright to have the split, as long as Silovs holds the net then we have a fighting chance.
Love the underdog role
Especially against a real life bully like RNH
a video on how people should feel. awesome.
Vancouver acting like Silov isn't saving this series for them!
VanCity should feel fortunate that the series is 2-2 and have home ice now and can regroup and have a chance to make this season special.
They Should feel terrified, the Oil are Too much to bare!
@@BlueskyGladue terrified of a one line team with shaky goaltending? A bit delusional?
@@alanvoong7495delusional? I think I understand now why the ONLY things Hongcouverites are known for are zero hockey IQ comments, smashing store front windows and burning police cars.
Soon as you said "one line team", it becomes obvious you ride a bandwagon. You're talking about "shaky goaltending".... Uhhh, the series is tied.
Delusional eh?
@@RickL_was_here you used the word “ terrified “ and it is a 2-2 series. Oilers fan were terrified after game 3. Oilers haven’t led the series yet. Yes, you’re delusional
No more Skinner for the win
The Canucks haven’t played a full 60 minutes yet this playoffs. Would be a sweep by the Canucks if we could produce a full 60 minutes. No worries we are still 6-2 against the oilers this season. We will respond in Vancouver. 🙌🏽💚💙💚💙
I disagree, i really think the oilers have been outplaying the canucks every game but Silov has been great. Season record is irrelevant.
@@jakoverslept3096 I said if we played a full 60 minutes to what we are capable of it would’ve been a clean sweep by the Canucks. Oilers are depending on the power play with one line. That don’t win cups it’s a team game. the way the Canucks responded in game 2 is what you will see in game 5. A 3-0 start in the first period.
Hahahahhahhaa what a homer
A sweep? So arrogant after one good season in the last 9.
@@DJGerretteAdams You could say the same about the Oilers playing a full 60. How in your reality are the Canucks so much better? Only 1 more win and 5 points more than the Oil this season. At least be reasonable.
why nobody mention Canucks over Oiler
Cause they ass
I have never seen so many goals scored in the last minute of a period as this year.
With the goalie pulled is one thing...but 5-on-5?! And in games that are otherwise NOT much scoring, with tons of shots never making it to the net.
Isit just a matter of players losing concentration and assignoments on the defensive end for that last shift?
Wow the video title is about how the Canucks should feel... spent 95% listening to TSN sucking up to the oilers. Wtf??
Canucks have been outplayed in games 2,3 and 4 and they Oilers blew it in game 1....Their coach just publicly stated he has 6 or 7 passengers. Demko, even if he returns is one crease crash collision from LTIR or early retirement...They have #11 Million Petey looking very ordinary and him and Hughs look like they are not rugged enough for the playoffs.....How should they feel?
Just want this series over so I don't have to deal with the west coast bandwagon again...
The Canucks are in trouble.
Dreger is the biggest canucks hater, the Kelly Sutherland of analysts
You're just a blind canuck fan.
Yet the Canucks are perfect 11-0 when Rooney is ref.....what are the odds?.....and you say nothing?
@@algrundau9441 I rather look at this through my Canucks beer goggles
@@kirby3365 Hahahaha...Fair enough, EVERY fan base does it. Cheers!
Try not to burn your city down when you loose
The Canucks should feel 'not good enough to win' which is exactly how they should have felt coming into the series.
The Canucks done
I think Canucks should be happy with the split. They aren't playing a full 60. Sucks to have lost but that said, what does that say about the Oilers? Canucks playing essentially 20min of a 60min game (being a bit generous), yet they're still winning, or close to winning these games. Look at the two games Oilers had won? OT and Losing a lead in the last 10min of the game.
Canucks are playing with house money and Oilers are an expected cup winner this year. Oilers are a good team, Mcdavid and Drais are amazing but I still think there's more the Canucks have than what they're putting on this ice right now and hopefully that team shows up. I know Edmonton bottom 6 isn't playing well either. No matter how this series goes, both are going to have a hell of a time against Dallas/ Colorado.
What does that say about the Oilers? It says the Oilers have dramatically outshot your team and are very effective at limiting Vancouver's chances. With Pickard in net, your team should be worried. We're hoping for solid goaltending.
@NP-co7kj I'm not saying we're not being outplayed. We absolutely are. I see where you're getting at if Pickard plays well. We definitely need to get more shots. On the other side of that, Silovs has been great but I still think the canucks havent brought their best and they've been playing a bit more defensive which is understandable with Mcdavid. However, I'm hoping that with the possibility of Demko coming back this series and knowing they'll have their number 1 in net, it'll boost their confidence and bring the offense out more. This will probably be null statement if he doesn't come back but I'm crossing my fingers.
@@vedastoyngreso1987 The Oil have not brought their best either.
@@vedastoyngreso1987 I wish we had your goaltending scout and coach! I don't think either team has played their "A" game. The Oilers seem to be susceptible to collapsing when Vancouver ramps it up. The resilience and mental fortitude of both teams will be tested to it's limits over the next 2 to 3 games.
All 4 of them chose oilers in five. After that didn’t happened they’re still slobbering
They should feel shitty based on the performance they put up. That said adversity builds character. If they channel the energy properly there is absolutely no reason they should be counted out yet.
The biggest glaring problem i see with the oilers is that they rely so heavily on getting at least a ppg per win. You can say whatever you want about the oilers effort or talk them up as the best team ever, they barely won by a single goal. That pp is crucial to this team's success, but not every team is going to give you that opportunity. Canucks could play disciplined hockey and grind this out and i really dont think outside the top line the oilers would have much to push back with. This is the point in time playoff experience comes into play and edmonton has a slight edge. Canucks have to keep their emotions in check and play clam, dont let it go out of their hands playing desperation hockey. Edmonton has been here before, they know what to expect from their players and they have a game plan to avoid the prior year's results.
"Barely won"... Oilers deserved that game, and probably at least one other this series. It should be 3-1 Oil right now.
Barely won😂😂 game would’ve been 7-0 but that goalie carried them
Yes, the Oilers barely won. See the scores. Numbers don't lie. Oilers offence is superior but defence and depth is suspect. It's why the Canucks score in bunches whenever they make a concerted push.

Nobody talking about a clear slew foot okay 👌
The Canucks have looked like poop the entire series yet the series is tied at two !
This goes to show how terrible the Oilers are !
Awful take lmao. Oilers have been terrible in at least 3 games this series haven’t even seen there top form. Canucks are lucky as fuck and dirty
Oilers haven’t been terrible, Skinner has. Before last nights game, if Skinner just brought average goaltending this series would’ve been 3-0 Oilers & now Draisaitl looks healthy.
Van is resilient they can win and comeback.
Well...not the entire series. Oil got what, zero shots in the third of game 3? That and the last 5-10 min of each game, Van has played well😂
