I used the 55 Buick Shop manual and I found a small book on E-Bay called the The Dynaflow Doctor. It gave me the rest of the info. If the trans is in good condition I would say pulling a should not be a problem. Overheating the trans will shorten the life. So be sure to keep it cool. Mud
This is a great video. I own 3 Buicks, all with dynaflows. I know exactly what you mean by " a lot of room for error ". LOL. P.S..........My 60' Lesabre has holes in the floor!!!!!!! Thanks!
good day Sir, currently working on a 63 Buick (with 3spd dynaflow). I dropped tran pan and cleaned out all of the sludge. replaced screen with brass mesh and new fluid. it drives fine in 1st gear but slips in drive. would band adjustment remedy the slip ?? PS I appreciate your video

If it slip's in drive it needs rebuilt. Drive is a clutch pack. Been a long time since I rebuilt one.
