As I always come up with new recipes, I tried this and it was perfect, delicious and yummy, and this is my final method I will be using now to cook egwusi soup.
Ingredients
fresh egwusi seeds (grounded)
fresh mackerel fish
cowskin
stock fish
dry catfish
okpenyi
ogiri (locust bean)
seasoning cubes
salt

fresh tomatoes

UZIZA seed
spinach (as vegetable)
ehuru (African calabash spice)
