    Mount Sinai Hospital is thrilled to be named the first hospital in Canada to achieve Magnet® recognition, a prestigious, international credential that measures nursing excellence and patient care. The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) made the announcement on January 14th to a packed auditorium of hospital staff, who erupted in cheers.

    It's not a heaven, it's not yet a true 'place of healing' for everybody there, but we are trying at all levels to do our best for patients and their family primarily by employing often very sophisticated tools and procedures. For sure it's one of the best in the Canada, if not the most caring one.

    Definitely not like the nurses at a non-profit org I know who seeks answers by going on WebMD, and advises patients with asthma to ask their doctors for medication that will make them active.😳
