My Garden Of Basil | Summer 2024 | Medicinal Benefits of Basil

Hiii Everyone!!!
Today we will be talking a stroll thru the garden…The Basil Garden.
Basil has completely taken over my garden and I have completely let it.
I absolutely love basil…I love how it tastes, I love how it smells, it loves how it grows!!!
Basil has sooo many medicinal benefits and you can use it in sooo many different ways.
I have listed a few of those benefits in this video from WebMD; I will put the exact link in this description.
In this garden, I am growing many different varieties of basil…
• Holy/Tulsi Basil
• Blue Spice Basil
• Sweet Basil
• Italian Basil
• Opal Basil
• African Blue Basil
• Purple Basil, etc.
I have harvested tons of this basil and the seeds as well, of course.
I plan to use this basil in my food, I will also use it as a tea and I am working on using it externally, as well.
