Somehow the bright room became brighter with the wallpaper! I love the change, it's refreshing and inspiring.
Well, now... knock me over with a feather 😂. Mary incorporated COLOUR into her decor! Bravo Mary! IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL! THIS IS GOING TO BE A GOOD YEAR!
😂
I told my husband that I do not think there is anything you couldn't do or wouldn't try! The addition of the wallpaper really adds so much to the space! So pretty!
Love it! Gave the area a softness that shows a lady lives in the home. Way to go moving out of your comfort zone. I love watching your videos!
I love the addition of the floral wallpaper. And removing the shelf with all the things looks so fresh and clean.
What a beautiful transformation into spring in your dining room. The wallpaper is gorgeous! Everything looks fresh and clean! Great job!
I LOVE that wallpaper!! A little shabby chic along with cottagey. And with you there is no such thing as “waste”. I am pretty sure we will see you lining a drawer or shelf with it in a future thrift makeover.
HOW BEAUTIFUL!!!
Each renovation leaves me awestruck. How can you make somethimg absolutely beautiful more beautiful EACH time?!!!
I marvel at how easy you make your amazing transformations look!!!
In the time you plan, dust, dismantle, clean/scrub, vac, wash windows, measure & hang wall paperpaint, create tchotch·kes and present a video of the finished project; I'd still be wrestling with measuring/matching the wallpaper pattern!!!
😂😂😂
So pretty! At 83 I don't much of this anymore, but you have inspired and energized me so I'm going to get busy. Love all you do!
I am almost 81 and bought paint to refinish 2 doll cradles and odds and ends. This is a first and way out of my comfort zone. Thank you Mary for all of your videos 🌺
I will refer to them.
Way to go ladies!! You are both inspiring others as well.
I am 77 and always come away inspired too!
72 years old here! This past week I bleached and made drop cloth valances for the kitchen and great room. I also painted two small pieces of furniture for these rooms. You have certainly been the inspiration for these projects.
Now I need to work up the courage to paint my kitchen table and chairs!
Oh, Mary! You could have knocked me over with a feather when I heard you say that you were installing wallpaper in your dining room! Wow! You were inspired again because it is gorgeous - cozy, charming, inviting, and a beautiful breath of warm spring air on this 27 degree morning in southwestern Missouri. Now I can’t wait to get going on our dining room, which has bothered me ever since we moved in 5 years ago! Can’t get my Wednesday going until your video comes on to enjoy with a delicious cup of coffee. Thanks for the invigorating, positive inspiration!
I’m also born and raised in Missouri ❤
Cozy and bright!
Just the right amount of wall paper! Love it! Your dining room is so bright, cheery & looks like spring!!! Good job!
Fellow Missourian here! Eudora, MO
Love the wallpaper!
You’re so fortunate that your husband lets you do what you like with your home. The paperwork is beautiful
"Let's her"? Is she his employee? Did she need permission? I'm confused.
@ENFPerspectives Some husbands don't allow it, which is crazy, but true.
Just lovely. It is so encouraging to see women who love their homes. Wndersful!
I love it. I’m gravitating towards a more cottage core vibe lately. The rose wallpaper is beautiful. ❤❤❤
Mary, the kitchen eating area looks so beautiful. Papering just that bit of wall space changed everything, and your choice of wallpaper is positively perfect. I love it!
Getting out of our comfort zone is always scary. Mary, I have to say the cottage feel is definitely on point. Love the freshness and the feel of the room. ❤✝️
Mary, your room looks beautiful. That wallpaper just brightened up the entire space. 💕💕💕💕
Mary this is just the sweetest transformation. The paper is so beautiful. The little birds and the glass cover are adorable. Now I’m ready to spring clean and decorate.
I was holding my breath as you stood on tip-toes in socks on the edge of the table. But you didn't fall. You have the balance of a ballerina.
Clean, crisp, and so YOU! It’s a very refreshing makeover. And since you are the only woman in the house, the flower wallpaper is perfection!👍
She does have a husband 😊
Your wallpaper is very very much me ~ everything looks so comforting ~ just need some homemade potato soup and homemade white bread, and I will be over 😊
I'm not even halfway through the video and I just had to come here and say "WOW!" I LOVE that wallpaper and have been looking for something just like this for my laundry room! Thanks for sharing the link! It's amazing how a little bit of color can add a spark of joy to a room!
I love the wallpaper! What a beautiful difference it made ! I have to smile when I watch you work ; it reminds me so much of myself when I was young . Standing on the table or chair was always my go to when needed 😊. You are very talented and always so polite and kind . God bless you. Thank you for sharing.
The wallpaper added just the right amount of color to the dining room. Love it as well as all the decor you added. Great job!!!
Your dining room looks so warm and welcoming. When I saw all your leftover wallpaper I thought to myself, "I know Mary will find some way to use it. She will either use it in a tray or in a frame or one of those trash to treasure projects." I love the tiny cutting board, vase of dried roses and pot of daffodill greens. When you do a make over, I love all the accent pieces you add. Everything blends so well together in the end. Your video has left me feeling cozy mid February's snowy chill. ❤
The addition of the wallpaper is exactly what your dining area needed, love the pattern and colors! Happy Spring!
The wall paper sure brightens up your dining area. It looks so very nice. Thank you for sharing your home and your DIY's.
I LOVE your dining room makeover! Now you just need a few pink dishes in the corner cupboard. 😍
Beautiful!
I like the room without the curtains because the wallpaper acts as a curtain
🌸🌿🌸
How cute if you could line your centerpiece cheesebox with some of your extra wallpaper. Or drawer liners? Loved everything & the great new look!
I love the cottage flower feel. BE CAREFUL standing on chairs ❤
mary mary mary....what a cozy and romantic corner you have made of it. You're probably constantly looking up because it turned out so well. looks much calmer and tidier. And about the wallpaper, the larger the print the more waste you have. great job girl.
It looks beautiful, light and feminine, I love it❤️🎶🤗🎶🇨🇦
Mary, your choice of wallpaper is spot on! The dining area looks so fresh and inviting. I simply love all of your creative choices. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for teaching us that it’s okay to step out of our comfort zone to try new things. Your eating area looks so cozy and charming Mary, just love the pop of delicate floral pink. The white chairs adds a softness as well as the bench ruffle. You’ve shown us over the years how we can decorate on a budget and use things we already have in our homes. Love your channel.
Cottage decor has always been my goal for our home. I'm thrilled that I now have the time resources to focus on decor. I'm also thrilled that the "cottage core" movement has made it possible to source affordable decor. After living in our first ever home, I will be able to design and decorate to my heart's content! Your dining space turned out lovely!❤
Gorgeous - just enough of the wallpaper to make it interesting. And I'm sure you'll find something fun to do with the off cuts!
The wallpaper is so pretty and happy. It just changes the mood of the room. Lovely.🩷🌹
Love your roses! Baby birds and bench cover! You crack me up painting in your pretty outfits and not getting on you! Miracle! ❤😂😂
Right ?
How do they do it ? ?
Yeah! How does she do it?!
I think touches of pink depression glass would really look nice on a few of your shelves would look so nice with your new wallpaper
Thinking exactly the same thing! Mary, you have subtle touches of pink on your tablescape with the dried pink rose blossoms, and pink accents on the other side of the room. One floral or pink accent piece in your china cabinet would tie it all together!
Your new look is beautiful! So clean and fresh besides decorative.
Mary! The dining area is absolutely darling! It could be on the cover of a magazine! Love it so much!
Mary the wallpaper is beautiful, so glad to see a little bit of color in your space. I love your channel, I don't always comment, but watch all your videos.
Both before and after looked good. The after looked very refreshing. Good job.
Mary, the dining room is charming! ❤
I am not a big wallpaper person. However, that just made your diningroom look absolutely stunning. I always enjoy your channel.
I love the softer look of your dining area with the little bit of floral wallpaper. We all need a little change up as the seasons change.
Love the wallpaper!
The wallpaper is so pretty
I love the pink floral wallpaper, it looks great. I like how you’ve styled everything!
I have found if you cut off a different roll each time you will save wall-paper. It has worked for me in the past!! A little feminine touch in an all boys (1(girl) home!!! YEAH!
Beautiful Mary.
I had the same shelves over my picture window and my slider. I took them down last year. I do miss them though.
Us left over peice for future crafts
The floral wall paper is beautiful! The whole room looks like spring. So refreshing!
9:15 leaving the corner cabinet out of the room...turning the table might give a new feel to the room...a round table aaahhhh that would be so nice😊
11:43 yiippeee u did the white chairs 😊
Beautiful Mary! It’s a breath of freshness and elegance with the roses!
That is beautiful!!
That little bit of wallpaper made your Dining Room look completely different. Love the new look.😊
Mary, I feel I am drawing more towards florals the older I get. The wallpaper is icing on the beautiful space.
Love the addition of the beautiful wallpaper! It's just enough so it's not overwhelming. Great ideas and I can almost smell those beautiful soaps and candles from here!
Love the "rose" wallpaper & added color! Happy Valentine's Day!!!
Wow!! What a difference the wallpaper made!! Still nice and bright! I would love to make changes but my house is so dark, grandma style because I moved back home after my dad died and he has his mother and aunt's furniture, very dark. Yours is so nice, bright and clean❤. I do have a small shed my dad had with woodworking tools. I'm starting to use it now. Fun!! Well, great job!
It looks so inviting and fresh. The wallpaper is gorgeous
It’s so fresh now makes you want to breathe deep. Great job
The floral wallpaper is so pretty Marry. The added color brightened the room so much. I am glad to see you step out of your comfort zone it looks so nice. 😁
Such pretty paper. It reminds me of the amazing fabrics we had in the late 80s and into the 90s. So many florals. The curtains, the bedding and the dresses were wonderful.
I love it. The pink is so refreshing. You add a beautiful touch to everything.
Love the new edition to the dining area! That pattern of wallpaper or fabric has always been one of my favorites.
I love the wallpaper! The pop of color it adds and all the other details you carefully placed is just "Wow"!
I absolutely love the floral wallpaper. It adds a nice pop of color to the space and softens it as well. A suggestion, maybe add the leftover wallpaper or a green and white wallpaper inside the corner hutch. It will help make the white pottery pop. Loving the new look. The peg shelves look amazing too! Hugs
Mary, it's beautiful! Definitely has the cottage feel. I love it!
The dining area is absolutely gorgeous - love it!
He wallpaper makes your dining room very cosy
It looks much more homely and less cold. Love watching your videos.Thank you
Homey.
6:49 i love it!!! 🌸🌺🌿especially w out the curtains... hope u paint the dinning chairs white 😊
WOW! Mary, you are stepping out of your comfort zone, aren’t you? You GO, girl! Proud of you!😊I cannot even tell you how much wallpaper I have installed (and removed ) from my walls in our house! I’m glad to see it’s reappearing in many refresh videos! It warms up a space so easily and quickly! Looks wonderful! You’ve given me a shot of Adrenalin to get my spring cleaning started (I hired a cleaning lady…starts next week 😉) ! You do need to add a pink tea towel, I think, and maybe a pink dish or 2 in your cabinet. Cindi (from WV). 🥰
Very pretty! As a former professional paper hanger, you did great. The paper has a large pattern repeat, so waste is unavoidable when matching your pattern, especially for a small area. If folks want to conserve paper, try finding a pattern with a smaller repeat.
Very cozy!!!! Mary, can you come and redo my home??? LOL Be safe and GOD BLESS 🙏🙏🙏🩷🩷🩷👍👍👍
Love the wallpaper! It defines the area and warms an otherwise boring all white room.
That wallpaper is gorgeous!🥰
Yes! No more stark white. I love love your new look. You brought me back in. It looks so inviting!
Pops of green would look good in your dining room too. The wall paper has green in it is why I say so. I know you'll be saving the leftover wall paper to line drawers with.
Oh Mary, that's the cutest! As I've gotten older I too am loving the flowers, the roses n such. Love your channel, 💖
Very nice indeed, lovely kitty supervising…..and St Patrick things
❤️🇮🇪
The wallpaper looks fantastic!!!!! You could still have that over window shelf too :)
Mary! You are moving into color! It's so pretty and it really becomes you!
The wallpaper adds a beautiful touch to the room - wonderful choice!
Mary, the dinning room looks beautiful, very Cottage Core/Shabby Chic! Everything looks even more fresher! Don’t be scared you did great, adding the colors and things you love. Happy Valentine’s Day! 💝🌸☕️
Oh. My. Word!!! 😊❤🌸🌺🌼🌹💐🪻 gorgeous. Best video ever. I’m just in awe. Now, we need to see all the decoupage projects with your leftover wallpaper pieces.
The transformation is a breath of fresh air..... beautiful !
Such a feminine girly vibe Mary. It is lovely!
Sometimes you can take alternative drops from 2 rolls and save paper, I love that you misted and kept it simple.
Love the contrast of the wallpaper and the bright white!
The wallpaper you picked looks perfect in your dining area. I really love it. You have such an incredible knack for making everything look beautiful!!
You are truly an inspiration Mary. "I don't have a cloche the right size ... I'll just whip out a glass, a wooden knob and a timber round and my trusty glue gun. Voila! You create the perfect piece and finish it off superbly with those gorgeous little birds.
I love the wall paper, and it looks just right with the white bottom walls. Love the way you decorate your home
I just cleaned my kitchen windows the other day… it’s crazy how that can change your space! ❤️so fresh
Everything looks lovely and refreshed. If you wanted to perk up the roses on the table you can steam them and "fluff" them out.
Mary I Love Love your new decorations in your dining room and your wallpaper. In the 70's our dining room had wallpaper close to yours but in light yellow florals. I had many compliments on my dining room.
The addition of the beautiful floral wallpaper added warmth and defined your dining area. The leftover wallpaper could be used to line the inside back and sides (or shelves) of the glass fronted cabinet. Love the bench cover.
Love how the wallpaper coordinates with your beautiful repurposed side chair!❤❤❤
I cover cardboard boxes with leftover wallpaper.
You are an amazing wallpaper artist. Wow!
Love the pop of color with the floral wall paper. It looks so pretty & spring like. It will help with the winter blues. Just look at the beautiful paper & remember spring is around the corner. ❤
The wallpaper really makes it look nice there was too much white before 😊
