Fiesta Borongan 2016: ESNCHS BAND COMPETITION

Eastern Samar National Comprehensive High School Borongon won the marching competitions three years in a row (2013-14-15) for a Grandslam, and were therefore not eligible to win a place in 2016. However, they turned on a brilliant and inspiring performance as usual.
