What's your favourite song by the rock icon Suzi Quatro?
Your mamma won't like me !!!!!
Stublin In with C Norman Those 2 together were great....
None. They all sound the same.
'Devil Gate Drive'.
Devilgate Drive , loved it at first when I was 8 years old and always will.....
What a treat to see the legendary Suzi Quatro again !

Brilliant talent and got there on merit. God bless her.
...and her father, who knew his girl and gave her excellent advice.
It's pop music, you need 'merit''!!
Suzi is an absolute legend and should be an inspiration for young girls and women to look up , Not your Katie prices of the world.
EXACTLY 💯
@Amanda Hughes exactly and she doesn’t sing about all her depressing heart breaks! Suzie rocks !
A great lady right there. she takes it seriously but doesn't take herself seriously. What a pleasure to listen to her.
Great summary!
Great to see Suzi Quatro on the show 🎸 🎶 🎵 🎸
Suzi is that truly rare thing in modern showbusiness - genuine talent. Loved her since I was a 12 year old kid.
Loved her in the seventies and still do. Based.
Devil gate drive and stumbling on with Chris Norman good days
Long Live the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll.
Loved Suzi since the 70's, still do.
Down to Earth.
God Bless her.
Me too ..great fan
Getting to be a good talk host Nigel.🇬🇧🏴
I like that he asks relevant questions and never makes it about him.

What a great interview, she is such a legend
They broke the mold when Suzi was born, she’s great and no one will ever come close to her talent. Well done Suzi and great success in your new show. 👏🏻👏🏻
Fabulous interview, well done Nigel and GB News.
So nice to see her.
Top Girl👍
There's no doubt she's a living legend. Suzi certainly pioneered the leather look. Damn good bassist and singer too!
I was never a big Suzi fan, but I went to a Rock weekend at Butlins in the late 90's and she was one of the line up. I was surprised when she played as she really worked her socks off. I even found myself on the dance floor! I've not seen her being interviewed before but I really admire her now, seems very nice and down to earth. Love her "ego room", what a smart lady.
I remember going to watch Suzi Quatro at the “Cricketers” in Westcliff on Sea in 1974/5. She was one hell of an act and really played to the crowd.
Marvelous person, she had time to make me a coffee and a chat once. I'll never forget it.
What i love is her humility, and character. A loving heart and soul. a really beautiful person inside and out.
I longed to be like Suzi Quatro back in the good old days. In her leather trousers and big guitar, she was fantastic and still is. Her duet with Chris Norman 💖Stumblin’in is one of my all time favourites.
They loved you in Oz too Suzi.
We emigrated in 74 to Perth WA and I remember supping on a Chocolate Thick Shake from Perth Central Bus station and "The Wild One" was playing on a PA (Probably 6KY when it was the rock channel) and everyone joining in singing it.
Aaaah youth... We definitely grew up in the best times.
My (youngest) 24 year old daughter doesn't even want to go out of the house..
Suzi suzi. Go on girl. Love ya
God bless Suzi Quatro. Love her to bits
Nigel, you were very blessed to have spent some time with the Godmother of pub Rock'n'Roll. All hail the Quatro.
Early 70s was a great time for music in UK, Suzi was a part of it all. BRAVO
I still have all her records. I've loved this woman for years
What a star .😀
I saw Suzie live. I've never forgotten her performance - what a legend!
Superb interview with an iconic rock star - brilliant!!!
Suzi is standing it well. Not many like her . She was a pioneer for genuine front women that the likes of Debbie Harry followed. An Elvis fan an a Catholic as well I believe. She sings a great Elvis tribute song, singing with angels.
czcams.com/video/7qzeUzq3eMI/video.html
Yeah that figures
Legend - saw her back in the 80's - fabulous!
Some great songs that still sound good today!
Oh come on, pop songs are not 'great' at all. You may enjoy them but great music they certainly are not.
@@paulsawtell3991 Music is an art and takes many different forms. I happen to think, along with many other people, that Suzi Quatro sang some great songs. There are other pop stars and groups that I think sang some great songs too. FYI, I also play classical piano including Beethoven and Chopin. They wrote some great music too. I particularly love Chopin. It's all about personal, individual taste and we are all entitled to enjoy whatever music we like.
Wonderful interview and great to hear she's kept her accent 👍
Wow! This was a trip down memory lane seeing her again. I remember when I worked in the Electricity board shop in Chelmsford Essex back in 1990. She used to stroll in, pay her bill, and buy some vacuum cleaner bags from me. As a 17 year old, I was in awe of that sweet and sexy little rocking lady.
Thank you youtube for sending me this notification!
What a grounded person, I wonder how many pop stars today think that the fans in the audience have put their hands in their pockets to pay and see them perform and that they now owe them, definitely not Justin Bieber who walked off stage after a hissy fit.
Who's Justin Bieber? 🙄
@@jallan9578 some twink who had a minor hit in 2010
When I was 16, Suzi Quatro was responsible for a considerable amount of trouser trouble!
🤣
I was gonna say that. Probably not so eloquently. Nice one.
Being a little younger I had to wait until Debbie Harry to have similar problems. : )
Gen X here, unfortunately no bugger about for my formative years but I completely get Suzi and Debbie.. 😍
@@spanishpeaches2930 oh don't start me off. First album I brought Parallel lines. Sat staring at the cover many a night. The chaps were cool but managed to blurr them out.
What a genuine original personality.. so charming and honest, VERY special and amazingly nondestructive for a such a famous person!! Down to earth and feet on the ground!
☝️👏👏👏
Saw her as bottom of the bill in the early seventies. Slade / Thin Lizzy / Suzi. Superb.
What a great lady. Suzi Q bless you.
Susi is such a professionally self disciplined performer.
Still the same bright, warm, open and down to earth personality that I remember since the early 70's.
A huge talent and a huge Elvis fan, that'll do for me.
Seems like a genuinely nice person.
When I was 14 yrs old I was in the audience on an ITV show called Revolver, hosted by Peter Cook, Suzi was on stage about 10 feet in front of us and it completely blew me away, WOW
Attended a live performance once, unforgettable, she worked the audience and got them involved while still adding humour. A time to remember forever.
I've always liked her from the early 70s until now. Her looks have hardly changed and she comes across as a thoroughly nice and grounded person.
Suzi Quatro was very popular when my mates and I were young squaddies. We used to fill the TV room when she was on TOTP.
Had a massive poster of her on the wall in my bedroom where she was wearing the silver cat suite mmmm rock on Suzi
First live concert I went to in the good ole 70’s Christchurch Town Hall as a 16yr old was Suzi Quatro….❤️
Wow! 😯
Wow!
@patrons of freedom No New Zealand and it was back in ‘73 or 74, early days for Suzi and I’ve never forgotten been a fan of her since. ChCh Town Hall went down in the big earthquake not being rebuilt sadly.
A big schoolboy crush for me, this lovely woman. Most unusual guest!
She’s a class act. Thanks
I was 11 when I heard the album Can-th-Can. It was a revelation to me; the sort of music that made me want to go out and break something. Thanks for the memories!
HA HA! HA!!!
There's nobody like Suzi. Legend!!
Loved this TP Nigel 👏...Suzi is great, I've been a fan of hers since I was young, she was so different from the other female musicians at that time...a true trailblazer 👍
"If you can't give me love" is a fantastic song ... thanks Suzi! Always loved that one over the decades, especially!!
A legend 👍
What a wonderful down to earth woman!!
Saw her live as a teenager in the 70's - absolutely brilliant performer!!!
The original rock chick, amazing.
Great
great generation of stars
❤❤lovely interview Suzi you still rock 👍🏼👋🏼👋🏼
Just love Suzi Quatro . She's the best .

In the early seventies, I and a bunch of other kids decided we were going to jump the fence and sneak into a Suzie Quatro concert. She was performing in Perth West Australia at Leederville football oval,.
It was dark as we surveilled the oval fence line for a good place to climb, while all the time listening to Suzie perform. Well, with many distractions and the police along with security putting a damper on our plans I eventually separated from the group. As I walked to the front of the oval I noticed that the gates were open with just one security man. The bloke never said a word as I walked through and I was able to watch Suzie perform her last song. Playing cat and mouse with the police and security and eventually getting to see Suzie perform is one of those memories that I've never forgotten. And Suzie was great.
1974 before a soccer match as a kid I loved hearing her on the radio to rev me up.
Wonderful woman 🤩
16 in '73, Suzi was most of us at that age our absolute heartthrob! She still is!! What an amazing lady!! Does surprise me Suzi still has a relatively strong American accent given most of her life has been as a Brit.... Aussies have always been very quick to claim Kiwi's as their own, also e.g. BeeGees as Aussies yet Manchunians, but Suzi truly made it here, so very proud she is one of us!!
Lovely lady Suzi quattro xx
From a distant memory I believe that Suzie Quatro and her husband Len used to live in a village near me in Havering-atte-bower, Essex in the 70's.
Suzi Quatro is great!! Nice to see her again!
God Bless Suzi Q!! Long May She Rock!! xxx
Suzi Quatro. Was. Taught well by her Italian father
don't forget her Hungarian mother..
Loved Suzi Quatro since I was 10 years old - a fabulous unique lady ❤
amazing quote from her father👍🏾amazing lady👍🏾
Brilliant interview.
The Hardest Working most honest woman in music…..💪💪👍🏻😎
She is fantastic!
She always has been an amazing woman and artiste. And I'll never forget the affect she had on me as a skinny 14 year old teenager when she came on stage in tight leather trousers!!!!!
A very welcome blast from the past when things were a little saner.
such a great great interview.. Loved it to bits.. so open and down t earth lady.. her music...phenominal...
What a wonderful artist!❤❤❤❤
Now THATS how you Do Humanity ! CLASS !
Great interview! Thanks to all concerned.
It blew my mind when she popped up on AbFab years back. I loved her so much as a little kid on Happy Days.
czcams.com/video/7qzeUzq3eMI/video.html
I had the honour to support Suzi Q in a band I was in around 2002 ish.
Absolutely beautiful lady and professional.
That’s one for the grandkids. 🎸🎸x
And she looks 71. God bless her, indeed. Age is a badge of honor!
I was never a particular fan of suzie's music, but what a nice person she is.
czcams.com/video/7qzeUzq3eMI/video.html
one of my fave idols of my childhood.... Can The Can (in Australia) was my very first album i got for Xmas in 73 or 74... i love her ability to be real... even at the start of the 80's Rock Hard was awesome... Stumblin' In with Chris Norman was huge.... i guess the day will come soon enough when we lose another of our idols... Suzi is so real, i hope she continues to have a long and happy life.
1973 my sister and I bought our first ever records on the same day. I bought Blockbuster by The Sweet, and she bought Can the Can by Suzi. Music was everything back in those days, and the songs were great. I ended up preferring Can the Can to Blockbuster. I still think it's an amazing record. Full of power and energy.
Go Suzi!
I saw SQ 3 years ago. She was brilliant..
love her! what a professional.love and light
Thanks for the interview, I just rented the documentary. What a legend. First of her kind and still the best.
I’ve now seen the documentary. Wow! One of the best music docos I’ve seen. Teared up at the end. What a legend, a star, but also a mum and a real human being that treats her fans with respect. Respect back at ya Suzi!
Brilliant and on her merit
Been a Fan of Suzi going back decades ..great gal 👍🥰
Suzi Sublime. Still the best and forever gorgeous.
Brilliant ❤️
Wonderful woman, and so natural and modest. Love her!!
...and Nigel is a wonderful interviewer.
Great guest and great interview, thank you
I love this woman!
