I lost the pirrate hat somewhere do i just need to go back to the ship? Bc i wasnt able to save it before getting ambushed by odriscols and getting it knocked off then forgetting where it fell

I go back and forth of cutting his hair short with either the slick back fade or a parted fade and then let it grow out ... With the slick back I put that hair gel shit in his hair n he looks slick lol ... The beard I never cut all the way down he looks weird imo with no beard I make the sides like 2 levels shorter then the chin

Number 5, I actually got the double action pistol when the mission prompted with Sean to rob a homestead
If you go to the house before that robbery you can grab the revolver and it respawns for the robbery

@@americannomad7712 If you've "beaten" it, you rushed. Pity. If you tell me you have all the camp upgrades, side missions, and hunted enough pelts for your perfect outfit, as well as finishing the story, then you are a total liar or a jobless meth addict...either way, pity.
Ace Deuce woahhh slow down, cowpoke. I only did the gambler challenge all the way until after I finished the epilogue. I did all camp upgrades, treasure hunt 1 &2, all main and side missions, and all camp based missions (hunting, fishing, home burglary, etc.). I only hunted the legendary bison before finishing story for coat sake. I am working on getting some bad ass hat gear and saddle stuff from the trapper now though. But After the events of chapter 5 it’s pretty hard to tap the breaks lol it got too interesting so fast. I’d rather do the stranger missions and rest of the challenges as

John anyways. Plus to be able to explore the rest of the map, down in New Austin, without being wanted instantly is a huge bonus. So don’t get all Micah Bell on me because you’d rather take it slow during the main story. To each their own and there is no wrong way to play this Masterpiece of a game. P.S. I sell cars for a living lol so pity me because of that if anything. Play red dead high honor because my job irl requires low honor. 😂
Number 5. Keep one guy alive and he will tell you where his “take” is 75 bucks. Any guy will do it

West Elizabeth mine also has a mining helmet, you can see it when he gets the wide blade knife, very handy
It’s actually useful. The knife is just another one for the collection. While the hat functions as a lantern.
I love how In RDR2 there is always something new for you to discover, sometimes even message inside the drawer - “you want more than you can have” that was creepy

I just beat this game. It was one of the best video game experiences I’ve ever had. I’m gonna restart it and play it again.
iamradical 2nd playthrough has been even better for me now I know game mechanics and got used to slow pacing.

Easily one of the coolest hats in the game.
For #5, if you leave the only unarmed man in the house alive, he'll tell you of the secret stash under his pillow on the bunkbed above the double action revolver. I got $75 from it very early in my newest playthrough and it helped a lot
the Wide-blade knife place you also find the miners hat, that lights up, no need for the lantern with that hat on
And a gold nugget by his hand
There's also a Union civil war hardee hat in the same room where you find the civil war knife
I found the knife during the bounty mission in the fort, but it was gone from my inventory after the mission.

Dalton I got the knife and the hat but I was also doing a bounty at the same time and I failed so I had to restart the checkpoint and when I checked again the knife and hat was not there and they were not in my inventory

I’ll never stop playing RDR2. It was 10 years ahead of its time at release and set a precedent for open-world games that nothing else has matched. It truly feels like life in the world continues to move on even when your console/PC is off, it’s VR minus the headset.

Yup I was playing Valhalla and I felt like ivors character felt fake and hollow like I knew I was playing a game, reddead feels organic and real
You can also pick up that Miner hat besides the bidy where you find the wide knife, inside that mine.
The miner hat is actually really useful to explore darker places as it let's you keep both of your hands free to use larger caliber weapons while illuminating the view ahead of you at the same time
Perfect for train robbing in tunnels
I found a large meteorite in a crater then nearby there was a smaller one that killed 3 people in a small cabin. You can pick up the smaller one.

While you’re fetching the Tricorn hat make sure you pick up the Cat Eye Trinket.
In a lock box by a crate. On the lowest island out of the cluster.
Requirements: Chapter 2 onwards
It permanently increases the length of Fortifying tonic effects by 20%
You can also pick up the miner's hat when you get the Wide-Blade Knife, it's pretty handy cause of the light attached.

You can get the second Schofield for dual wielding by just re-robbing the same shop, no need to peek through the window again.

im pretty sure the pig mask is a reference to manhunt 1 with the pig boss fight at the end.
Liam Manuel could be, but might be a roundabout reference to the line squeal like a pig from the hillbilly scene in the film deliverance. Rockstar loves to reference games but also films almost as much. The most obvious being nosferatu in the game. If you haven't seen the 1922 silent film starring max shreck, then check out a clip or two. Shreck looks pretty damn creepy in that vampire makeup for a film that's 96yrs old. Directed by F.W. Murnau who was probably the tallest director in Hollywood history. I believe he was over 7feet.

The Nevada Hat is actually a horrible item, as it is glitched in that when you wear it, people in camp treat you as wearing a badge and acting like a lawman. Also, the Ancient Tomahawk can be retrieved from your horse (it is a permanent weapon that cannot be lost)
When I went to get the Nevada hat, at the water fall (after sliding down the mountain painfully), I saw 3 fish just laying on the floor XD

I found the tricorn hat and the broken cutlass on my own whule exploring, so i made a pirate outfit and ive been running around listening to the "he's a pirate" song from pirates of the carribean for about 15 hours total and i love it.
Awesome video! Except I found a unique hat you did not mention! Go to Mt. Hagen and you will find a long dead conquistador and you can take his pimp ass helmet! I actually wasn't looking for this I was looking for bears and cougars to hunt. Happy trails! : )

There’s a free Lancaster Repeater early in the game if you rob the gun store owner in Rhodes when you find out he’s got a hostage in the basement. Talk the hostage through a grate outside of the gun shop and downstairs it’s in a case.
Also there’s a Semi auto shotgun in a shack west of Wallace station, follow the trail going north along the river and take a right when you see a path going up to a small shack with an old lady inside. It’s downstairs in her basement in a case.

I am actually dying on the swimming thing in the game. Arthur can shoot hundreds of people and he can take 10 bullets before dying, but he cant swim 50 meter without drowning.
Buy a boat at the camp which will help you cross over to the island. Need to get there to get the iguana as well.

Few things you missed. There’s a civil war hat in the same room as the knife. The miners hat was right next to the wide blade knife. And you have to look extremely hard but there’s a comb at the Vikings tomb in addition to the helmet and hatchet

Thanks for this! I NEVER would have looked for the comb. You have to shoot the skulls to get to it.
You can also pick up the mining helmet that's next to the knife you found as I also found that same mineshaft just yesterday! The helmet has a fully functioning light on it too!

On number 5 you can rob them. Keep 1 alive and it will give u the option to rob him. U have to threaten the remaining person for the loot to spawn
On #4 you can also find a civil war hat at that location
I remember the time when i was looking for these guanas on this little island and was surprised to find the tricorn hat, i wouldn't expect something like that to be in the game.

Considering this is a video about easter eggs, I surprised you didn't notice that the dead person and dead bear and the antler knife are all references to The Revenant staring Leonardo DiCaprio. ;)
Every single bear attack is a reference to The Revenant...pretty sure they based the mauling animation exactly on the movie scene, first time one reached me I was just in awe, instantly thought of that scene...except it ended better for me, and that bear is now a warm set of chaps.

Hey guys, great place behind the waterfall N. End of Elysian pool...Wicked tunnel system with sulfur- colored water...1 thing..lots of Rats and Bats, but a few great surprises including a rare specimen. Very dangerous. Enjoy.
What rare specimen is that? Was watching a friend go there and she found nothing other than rats/bats and the hillbilly mission.
