Yeah dude agree just get a gaming pc or laptop this is waste of money!. Because unless you got this guy in the video skill level. There is no need for it. Even a regulary non gaming laptop will do the job. If its Geforce Now played on. This got alot more cons than it got pros. Yeah i know that the screen refresh rate is 120hz. But the biggest con of this being is that the ram is soldered onto the motherboard if something ever one day goes wrong after 2 years of warranty it is hard to get it replaced

Yeah agree this has alot to due with internet. While not always its from ones own internet connection that is the problem. Not always sometimes from my own experience is. That even if you on the tests on Geforce Now or boosteroid too for that matter got stable ping latency bandwidth. Its sometimes from the server data center end. The problem is. Because sometimes there are too many people on it at the same time. Because i too like you describe on a old thinkpad t430i even with cable wired ethernet connection run bad sometimes good very flawless like it almost was as it were locally installed onto the device. With games like CS2

If you already got a laptop a gaming laptop or even a old work laptop not made for gaming. Dont buy this laptop unless you got this guy in the video skill level!. If you just a regular casual joe like myself. The reason is while having some pros when it comes to cloud gaming. That the screen refresh rate is 120hz which kinda makes a noticeable difference. But not that much if i shall be honest. Because i have both a gaming laptop with that refresh rate. And a non gaming one that is 12 years old. School laptop. I dont notice the biggest difference that much. Sometimes the screen input lag has not at all to do with your own hardware or own connection sometimes it is from the server data center end the problem is!. Which kinda is a big misconception that its always ones own connection internet that is the problem not always. Sometimes it is. But not always because sometimes there are to many on at the same time on the servers on those data centers which kinda plays a role too. Besides how close you are to the actual data center in terms of latency. But the biggest con of this. When we talk about wasting money. I know that each person experience is different with Geforce now. Sometimes it very fluid smooth as butter. Othertimes a nightmare diasshow like experience. But there are alot of several other factors that have a influence on it. Because let me tell you this. I one time when i was a somehow noob to cloud gaming. Because i been a physical gaming desktop pc gamer in the past. Because i ones considered to upgrade my own WIFI 5 card in my laptop at my local pc repair workshop. That technician that worked there said it is completely 100% unnecessary because in my case it would not make a big difference because he said to me that its not always your own connection that is the problem sometimes it is from the server data center end. Like it for example being overloaded with too many on at the same time. Which kinda explains not just with geforce now but also boosteroid. Sometimes it was alot fluid like butter. Almost as playing it locally installed. Other times a hell of messy diasshow like experience. But he was true honest in what he told me
