Ditto homie. He went Tampa Bay, a shitty team, and won a super bowl and then back to the playoffs. They could have ran it back but the defense laid down. He brought that team back on his final game and the defensive coordinator blew that game. They got burnt twice deep because of shitty coaching. That’s why Brady hung up his cleats. But I don’t think he is going out like that. Even though he had season that is one of the best of record at 44. I LOVE TOM BRADY!!!!! Football for me will never be the same.

Damn, Gretzky was just a different type of beast...and it's not impossible for Ovechkin to break his all time scoring record...but highly improbable! Gretzky was just in a league of his own...just like Brady in comparison to any other QB. While in NBA...you have Jordan of course...but one could easily argue that Bird, Wilt, Russel, Magic, Kobe, etc. etc. etc. are in the same bracket. Baseball is also another thing as well. While there have been so many amazing players over the years...have you actually seen the records that Ruth has as a pitcher and a hitter??? No other player is even remotely close as one player that did both. But I definitely agree...Brady will never have an obstacle getting into the HOF...may as well give it to him tomorrow lol,

@@ethanjones2008 It's definitely debatable due to their unbelievable levels of greatness, but I would put Brady ahead of them because of his leadership, longevity, passion, dedication, and his sheer will to win despite any odds or obstacles that were in his way. Both Jordan and Gretzky were expected to be big stars in their league when their careers began while Brady overcame odds again and again to will himself to achieve greatness that nobody really expected. Coming out of college Brady did not appear to have the makings of an NFL player, running one of the worst 40 yard dashes any player has ever run at the combine. Due to his hard work and unwavering belief in himself, Brady's skills as a QB consistently improved throughout the years. His confidence and self-belief was always off the charts and he always knew he would be the best soon, even when the idea was laughable.
Gretzky won 4 career championships over the span of 5 years with the Oilers. Jordan won 6 over 8 years with the Bulls. Brady won 7 over the span of 19 years with two separate franchises! Jordan and Gretzky were both still pretty good but nowhere near their best when they retired at 40 and 38 respectively. Brady was playing arguably some of the best football he had ever played and was still undoubtedly one of the best players in his league when he retired at 44. They all played with some great teammates, but I would say that Brady did more with less in a game where a single player doesn't have quite as much opportunity to affect the outcome of the game as players do in the other 2 sports.

History Time. At 36:12 when the Patriots are taking on the Bears the game is taking place not at Soldier Field but at Memorial Stadium, home of the University of Illinois football team.
The Bears were renovating Soldier Field that year.

The people that say the defense carried him didn't watch him play, or they looked at his stats compared to today's stats. The game was very different and Brady was lighting it up right away. He was consistantly top 5 in the league in all major passing categories. Patriots ran the ball a lot which is what made Brady so dangerous in a play action situation. You had to respect the run, especially with dillon.
