Cilantro 50 g
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3-4
Coriander seeds 2tbsp

Red chili powder 2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
salt to taste

water 100 ml

active dry yeast 7g
All-purpose flour 500g
Salt 3tsp
Yogurt 100 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

I don't think so the salt in the dough is wayyyyy too much I made it and it was inedible!!

@@peaces6939 yes it did - I used chicken qeema and still do but mutton qeema also cooks well. Use the same qeema that we make for Kachay qeema kebab

Lisa T&T it’s called Raita. Well there are bunch of recipes out there but we make it with Cilantro/Coriander leaves, Mint leaves(both in equal amount), green chilli, salt, lemon juice(if you want to add). Make a paste of all the ingredients above and mix it with yoghurt. It’s really good and refreshing.

I like the whole recipe but I wouldn't use raw keema for the filling it might not fully cook through. But definitely a great recipe

@@sayeedsiddiqui8369 I know some people do wash ground meat, but I personally don't know anyone who does...However, the FDA doesn't recommend washing meat at all because of "cross contamination"....I wash it anyway, but never ground meat.
Always wash the meat and mince it yourself.
@@lisadoesntlivehereanymore3527 everyone I know does wash it... with mince meat it's more like gently running water over it with your hands though.
@@AliceOfWonders it's been tons of studies on why you don't ever want to wash minced meat. I never get the argument that I have always done it or that the way my parents did it. It's a lot of thing that we're done, it doest exactly make it safe to do today. Especially after all the research that has been done the subject.

What is the recipe for the dipping sauce?
That is the traditional Pakistani/ Indian Mint Chutney mixed with Yogurt
You take one bunch of mint and one of fresh corriander leaves. Mix some fresh green chillies ( the strong ones), two three cloves of garlic and a piece of fresh ginger and salt. Blend them all in a mixer and contain it in a clean , dry jar and always use a plastic spoon. You can either use the chutney as it is or just take two to three spoons to mix it with fresh yogurt and mix it well. You will have the dip you saw. We eat it with rice, bread and many snacks. It's great for digestion and tastes amazing..
