    大学生の時(35年前)、梅田のバーでバイトした時、
    fizz:柑橘類果汁+甘味料+炭酸水(タンブラー)
    Collins: 柑橘類果汁+甘味料+fizzの1.2-3倍の比率になる炭酸水(コリンズグラス)
    sour: 柑橘類果汁+甘味料+ほんの少しの炭酸水(サワーグラス)
    と習いました。
    で、実際、当時はウィスキーサワーもブランデーサワーもスロージンサワーも炭酸入り(卵白は客に聞いてから)でした^_^。
    でも、今ではサワーに炭酸が足されない方が多いですね。
    居酒屋のレモンサワーやライムサワーには(コリンズ並の炭酸)が入ってますけどw。
    でも、何故かウーロンハイ(ボール)は炭酸なしですね^_^。
