Thank you for watching! There're huge differences between classic Japanese whiskey sour and trendy western style. I personally prefer to shake with small ice for whiskey sour with egg white to create much aeration in making smooth form. I hope you enjoy the video and try to make both. Have a nice day😊

Western style it is. Japanese’s view on a sour using a base of aged spirit is just not… right. The sweetness is crucial to reveal whiskey’s fruity and vanilla notes.
