@@AsphaltKingdom our main truck is an 800 gallon two other trucks with 700 gallon and a 550 and a smaller truck with a 300 gallon tank. I was not aware of the agitation system you were demonstrating in this video I did not know it could be done like that. Always learning something
You can add 20% water to concentrate sealer and up to 4lbs of sand per gallon but always best to check with the manufacturer you’re buying your sealer from.

I dont think you can spray sand in this unit. If not what good is it? You have to put sand in the sealer so people dont slip and break there neck. You Will get sued
Great question! We don’t recommend using sand with centrifugal pump sprayers that don’t have paddle agitation. If your using sealer with sand in it use an air operated spray system with paddle tank agitation that you can see at www.asphaltkingdom.com/sealcoat-sprayer.html
adam hunter great question! Most asphalt that requires sealing has aggregate that is exposed on the surface meaning that when it’s sealed you still have aggregate for traction. If you’re sealcoating over a surface that has been sealed several times and the surface is slick because of the multiple layers of sealer, you should use sand. Sand is necessary on some jobs but not on others. It really depends on how rough the surface is before sealing it.
Your sealer looks a little too watery it’s supposed to be a thick milkshake not a runny watery milkshake and I highly doubt your machine really agitates the sealer that fast
These smaller sprayers agitate very well through recirculation at a dilution rate of about 30%. Works great and great entry price points that allows someone to start and grow their own successful asphalt maintenance business.

How long do you have too wait after you put gator crack on and how long do you have too wait until you can seal it
Danny, we generally say 12 hours or so. Let the material get hard to the touch and then spray sealer evenly across the surface.

Best thing is to let it settle and then only mix for maximum of only 2 minutes.
is AE as dark as coal tar or is there a additive we can get?
AE is usually darker when it's first applied. A little more rich in color. It does fade faster than coal tar though.
