I won a meet and greet and met this guy (and the whole band) in Brazil on their first show here. Too bad I was very nervous, that I was speechless :\ I just shook hands with everyone and thanked them for coming to Brazil :b They're the best

My all time fav tune from them, although teacher is a rediculously close 2nd, those riffs are tight as FUCK. had the pleasure of being able to not only shake the mans hand but chat him up about the band for a good 10-15 minutes before the sacramento gig last year. I was literally standing about a foot from eugene the whole show, and got baptized by his sweat everytime he headbanged lmfao that group live is beyond words!

Roman uses a Line 6 Helix to get his sounds. You can find videos where he talks about his settings.

Oh, I got your confusion here, it's a multi-scale which means it's 25.5" on the high E and 27" on the low E

Get a seven string.6 string tuned so low sounds muddy af.
That is pretty much a 7 string without a high e. His low string scale length is longer than my 7 string scale length even

MrMethadrine Not exactly, its a multiscale so the scale length on the bottom strings are longer. I guess you could say its a baritone on the bottom strings. He has a video where he talks about this specific guitar
I have a multiscale 6 string like this and I put the exact same string he uses and in the same tuning of Drop A. He uses a set of Baritone 14-68 in Drop A. It's the same as a 7 string except without a high E string. The scale of this guitar is regular 25.5 inches on the high side and 27 inches on the low side.
I love Jinjer dont get me wrong but...Roman comes close to Drop from late SYBREED. You guys think he shreds, look at the video of Sybreed's guitar player playthrough of the song A.E.O.N. You will thank me

Modern amplifier(High gain)Bare Knuckle. good overdrive and noise gate. I think this is recipe for that sound.

It say's in the description its tuned to drop C.
I always thought their songs were in drop A
I think it has something to do with the bass,maybe they are on different tunings?

Thick strings and it not being drop c helps.
