BATHROOM MAKEOVER COMPLETE!!!
Hi I am Mommabear2many many! Mom to 14 children 12 of my children still live here at home. We have a baby due in October! Join me in my day to day life as we prepare enough food to feed a small army! We will grow and harvest food on our homestead and do grocery hauls. Just our lives as a large family trying to live for the glory of God! Won’t you join us?

For my hair rinse I use pansy flowers, lavender, things like that for my vinegar

You have a great bathroom. I grew-up with an outhouse and finely got a shower (no tub) when I was 10 years old. Once a week we took a bath at my grandmother's house. The indoor toilet came when I was 14. So you have a nice very functional bathroom. Anything indoors is great. Congratulations!!!!!

I like the white - especially in a small room. It’s so bright s c cheery. Make sure all outlets and lights are grounded. I know of someone whose child died when a hair dryer fell into the tub. I am so happy for your new space.
There are actually no outlets in here. That may be a few years

Looks great! The small battery operated puck lights are great for a bathroom. I got a 5 pack at Walmart for like $13-$15 because my overhead bathroom light stopped working and they do the job well and are easy to operate/change the batteries plus they have a sticky back that you can affix directly the wall or wherever (a little too easy actually because my cats like to turn them on randomly😂)

You did a great job redoing that bathroom on a budget. ♥We have a similar sized bathroom in our house (only a family of 12 though) and the lack of a window or vent can create issues. We are thinking of cutting a vent in the future.
Only 12 😂 we actually are probably going to do this we left a space kind of over the sink it’s not complete on the other side I thing we are going to put a vent in then the ceiling vent is right there.😊

Great use of space! Heidi over at Rain country makes a floral vinegar for her hair.....I made some and really like it (may help with your apple cider vinegar issue- you actually make the vinegar and not putting herbs and florals in vinegar- so economical!

I would never use soap coz they get personal parts germs so I use shower gels more hygienic and don’t have soap scum in my shower
Yes we can’t use all the chemicals in body wash. So good old fashioned soap works great for us. We just use a cloth. There are no studies stating that body wash or shower gels is more hygienic. The average shower gel has 10 chemicals in it atleast 2 cancer causing. I’m glad it works for you but I know many are allergic to the chemicals or don’t want to take there chances with the chemicals. For those who do I’m glad it works for them. But I don’t think one is more hygienic over the other.
