Hey Matt, have you or Anton Snr considered making hides at the livestock feeding sites for shooters to be dropped off when the feed truck comes around (or before) and picked up after it all dies down. Bit of shade and concealment, a tripod or stable rail to shoot off......might get some good results if the vehicle isn't around to give the varmints pause before coming into range/view.
As always, very interesting to watch the hunts, especially with the 22-250. I have my father's 1964 Remington 700 BDL in 22-250 cal. He removed the original iron sights and put a scope on it for shooting woodchuck at my uncles house. It was nearly 600 yards from the house to where the woodchucks were. He got quite a few. My Dad kept the original iron sights including the hood that goes over the front sight. I removed the scope and replaced the original sights just to put it back exactly as it was from the factory. I love it, and will never sell it. Some day it will be passed on to another member of the family who will have the same appreciation for it as I do.
@WalkOn Bye yes sir! From the time I was a small child helping my Dad and great uncle at his gun shop washing the used brass for reloading, and going with the men on pheasant hunts, (even though I was to young to carry a shotgun, I was out there in the capacity of a bird dog retrieving the birds) guns have always been a natural part of life, and should be for all young people.
I LOVE the Oxwagon series! Happy hunting boys!
I can't possibly be the only one who would listen to a podcast of Matt and friends at the fireside swapping stories of their hunts.
A me ha schifato

Reminds me of an old series called "Exploding Varmints"...Loved it. LOL
Them: Why does anyone need an AR15?
Me: Monkeys.... Boons!
Yeoman What if 20 baboons attack at the same time. Break out the AR-15
In American we have the right to keep and Bear arms. That's why I have 5 of them

I am just amazed at the accuracy and power of these rifles.
I live in Canada but I am from South African Cape Town and these videos reminds me so much of home. Appreciate it bro ❤️
You bleady Hell, don't encourage the killer animals.
Man that is awesome, hanging with the bros and hunting. Literally from start to finish I wish I had friends to do this with. I also wish it was legal for me to own these kind of rifles :( so jealous of you. Anyway great video as usual 👌🏻

EK For the benefits of everyone who does not understand Afrikaans
Looks like a lot of fun monkey business to me
I hate monkeys so to see these videos makes me smile. Great job guys!!
These guys have some serious skills.
Come on , show us the graphic, we're all used to it , don't worry about the complainers.
we all came for the graphic stuff...
YEAH I WANT TO SEE SOME MONKEYS GETTING KILLED
I dunno why
:D
@@apparition7464 maybe because our distant ancestors used to compete with their ancestors for food and such.
And since they somewhat resemble us humans, when they are pests at a location, it ignites our primal instinct to hurt them or watch them get destroy.
I really appreciate the production quality and amount of information you provide in your videos! 💥💥
That looks like a lot of fun! Hearing the WACK of the pellet/bullet is great. Thanks for the videos. Wish I could be there for all the excitement.
That running boon shot was an incredible shot....from 200m+.....great shot indeed.
Glad I found this, really enjoyable hunts.
Haha brings back fond memories. Monkeys and bobjans. So much fun to be had.
Love ox wagon diaries.

If you zero you’re gun at sea lvl, how much is the drop at the altitude you are now?
Awesome hunting , Matt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
13:25 in the words of the legendary pig man “DOUBLE PINCHED WHAMMM”
Cracking video Mat. Try drinking lots of water and a bottle of tonic water with quinine. It stops cramps a'd headaches in hot weather. It's worse if it's windy. Strips away moisture faster
Mooi Julle. Oom does baie good ek is oom se grootste FAN genie dit.
Awesome! Congrats. I would love to go do this.
26 grains is less than the powder charge I use when reloading some of my rifle rounds. You use them well.
Awesome guys....
Keep it up i always watching you on youre channel from🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
It's great to see you guys"Monkeying" 🐒 around ! lol 😂
Awesome episode mate
18:57 Is that incipient case head separation: Sharp crease just ahead of case head at this time stamp?
6:53 - That's more than a dead squirrel....that's an obliterated squirrel.....dayummmmm
Love the music lol
Nice shot 👍👍👍
Hi! I cant find the extended version of the video. :(
Double thumbs up. Great video.
Dudes as others have suggested you would love watching the videos where they shoot feral hogs from helicopters in Texas. IN ADDITION, I absolutely lost it after you wasted a monkey you said, "THANK YOU FOR COMING".
Duuuuuuck Huunting!
You enjoy your hoobies and you help the farmers too.. Nice hunt.. greetings from Philippines 👍👍👍👍👍
Great video as always. Good shooting
Great video. Thank you. Both of those calibers are super accurate and I have some very fond memories of hunts with them and my friends. The V-Max is an explosive little bugger. I didn't catch what grain you were using in the 300WSM but I have a liking to the 150 grain Nosler bullets. I have never had anything I push them through runoff or leave me tracking an animal. That bullet is so effective and provides me a very humane and clean kill. Very effective positioning for the monkeys. Setting up so the only way out for them to get away is to climb up the hills and into the open for longer. Very smart. I am surprised how much harder the baboons are to kill than the monkeys. It is almost like they have ESP or something and know they are in hot water. Cool video and thanks for sharing it with us. Hope y'all get some much-needed rain soon. The plants and animals need some relief quickly. Take care guys and be safe.
hello matt great vid mate just wondering what is the bolt knob on your 22-250 ???
master longe range good rifle that fires master ... already bought a kumplit master package hopefully I want to stop by in Indonesia
SPLLLAT at the farm house yes love watching your videos always great good shooting guys

Hey Matt,
Where do yall get those carbon fiber barrel shrouds?? Those are awesome man!!
Thanks,
Tim - Texas
Love your priorities: Zero the rifles, then have coffee. There speaks a serious marksman, and someone worth watching. Get to be my age and you'll not be drinking the coffee before shooting, grin.
Nice keep it up !
Beautiful hunting.
Any thoughts on perhaps using the 5.7 round for this type of monkey eradication? Or has it already been done? I know it's an incredibly fast round, but I have no idea about how it performs at distance. (Also want to add, given the terrain and conditions, that's some handy work with the "shootin irons." Pay no mind to the naysayers.)
I follow you from some year , you do very good video, bravo, I have questions for you, I known you have loot experience with fx gun, I bought fx streamline .25 4 week ago , I see in the user Manuel a warning about not use much a bullet of 16 grain , and in others hand , I see on CZcams many people use 30 grain ... I want to know what you thinking about that ? Wich danger use 30 grain in streamline ... ? Thanks for your good job, I give you a idea , if you can share your recipes with what you hunt .... ?
Love the videos. Did you think of getting a weighted treble hook to throw at them for some easier retrieval?? Keep up the good shooting
Really enjoy your video! Hope the covid19 passes soon so I can fly to S.A .
Good job bro...proud from Malaysia.☺😁👌👍
Nice hunt & shooting. I'm from the States and I've only seen a monkey once outside of being in a zoo. A friend had a baby one and it acted just like a little child. I would have to really have to see them as the pest they are to shoot one..lol. Now, I'm not criticizing at all. I know you guys see them all the time and I know they're pest. I just wish my first experience with a monkey wasn't like it was, but I do like pesting (shooting pest animals) so I think I would enjoy a hunt like you guys do. Keep up the good work and awesome air rifles you have.
Good stuff
From Australia
Excelente trabajo jóvenes
.410 hushpower with subsonics, a great tool
Australia's sending their troops here to prepare for the next great emu war
Keep up the good job

It is a pocket sized doppler radar by FX Airguns.
Curious George is rageing
the drone shots though
We use the 22-250 on prairie dogs here in the states. They are bigger and tougher than squirrels but makes no difference.
"This is Seal Team 6, Monkey down, I repeat, Monkey down"
As always I love the Oxwagon series. Matt I am interested in buying a 22-250, any suggestions on brand and model?
Tikka is a good way to go then you could always do an aftermarket stock like they do.
I love my Tikka!
@@AirArmsHuntingSA Thanks Matt, kinda what I was considering. Have Coyotes around me that need to be dealt with. thanks.
Bill Whiting a savage wouldn’t be bad either.🤷🏽♂️
This may be a silly question, but what about a Remington 700 in 22 250?
Or the Ruger precision rifle?
Your face at 18 minutes when you shot that monkey...dust just flies! Priceless!
If i had the money i would love to come out and join u for even just a day if i could lol ...i love air gun and small game hunting and doing it as pest control even better and i would love to try monkey but being in michigan that wont ever happen lol thx for ur vids man ur liven a hunters dream :)
Hey, Matt - great shooting as always! Such a pleasure to watch from here in the U.K. I’m just curious, do you guys ever use the .243win?
Hi matt!!
Nice job...
On the impact power plenum what is the reg pressure for 26 gr slugs at 935 fps??
Tanks.
160 bar with a 600mm barrel
@@AirArmsHuntingSA Tanks Matt
With the power plenum and pelette liner, with 18 gr jsb at 900 fts what pressure you use?
Great to see the young fellows getting into shooting.
Lmao that groudsquirrel was pulped 🤣🤣🤣
Out of curiosity what model rifles are you guys using i know to air rifle is an fx-impact but the other two are a mystery to me
One hell of a shot Sargent
