Through using a series of inversions and twists, we support all 4 body systems that support the immune system: circulation, digestions, nervous system and endocrine system. If you have to stay at home, your studio or gym is closed, or you are just helping to flatten the curve, a home yoga practice is the perfect thing during this crazy and weird time.
