Love these two and can't wait to see how it all unfolds. There's a special chemistry there and it brings out different sides of their personalities when we see them together. I love that "Thomas" says he's torn because following Jesus is important. Isn't that what life is all about? Making the right choices, loving as He would, as we follow him! 💕

I like what he said about Thomas's attention being divided between Jesus and Rhema. There's a lesson even in that. Love this show & how it encourages us to identify more fully with the people in the Bible rather than just view them as characters in a story. That makes it easier to learn from their lessons.
I think the decision for them to get married will be hard. They may want too but the call of Christ maybe greater!

This show brings up emotions in me I barely knew existed . I’m a 67 year old man brought up in a male dominated household , but my love of God has grown exponentially watching this show . It has melted a once hard heart and I am FOREVER grateful .

I really appreciate the fact that the show explores all facets of life, and doesn't treat characters like pictures on a stain glass window. Because the disciples and followers of Jesus were real people with lives. Who were involved in relationships and had families. So seeing things play out with Thomas, Ramah, Peter and Eden is refreshing.
The Bible shows them as real people and the scriptures reveal the true life of Thomas different from the movie which is not his true story
@@lesmariestewart1162 We know Thomas suggested the disciples go to Jerusalem with Jesus, even though it could be dangerous. We know Thomas doubted Jesus resurrection. Thomas brought the Gospel to India. And he too was a carpenter.

These two do a great job at portraying a situation that is quite common yet universally captivating, perhaps because many have seen similar situations in real life. But, that just adds to the appeal of the Chosen...it's REAL !!

I want the marraige to happen as much as anyone else, but, I think the lesson that Thomas and Raima are going to learn in The Chosen is that they need Jesus more than they need eachother. So, I don't know if the marraige will work out, but....

There will be alot of saddnes this episode. i think. But i truly hope they get married. This series doesnt replace the Bible they make it very clear, but the point is to show the possibilities of how Jesus could have been being both God and man. I love that Jesus has humor, some pasters and or Christians need to let go and nust enjoy the program the intensity of how hard all the ppl worked on this, dont judge it, enjoy it bc we are all sinners, and this movie, if you let it teaches us to think, for examplee when Jesus ( Johnathan) explains " we were all someone different b4 but now we have given lives to follow him and we are not those ppl anymore" thats not the exact words but its a thot i have had over and over, Tamar tells Mary ( of Magdala) that shes been forgiven by Jesus even for backsliding but she chooses to hold onto it. What a fantastic job they did with that bc how many of us have a hard time forgiving ourselves what JC has already forgiven. Please dont make negative comments on something so beautiful with a disclaimer, unless your comment is polite but critique and something they can use to make changes. I love this program im learning more about myself and Iam reading my Bible now bc "" PEOPLE MUST KNOW". God bless our world wide chosen family.❤

After watching it in theaters. Dang, but it only shows that Jesus allows things to happen for a greater purpose. Things happen that we do not understand yet, but will be revealed to us in time.

Honestly when I first met Thomas and Ramah in Season 1 I thought they were *already* married due them bantering like an old married couple, lol. 😁 It's only when we got to Season 2 where it was revealed that they were *not* married by Ramah's father, Kafni.
I hope that they *do* end up marrying as Jesus has given the couple His blessing and they seem to make the other happy. It will certainly be difficult with Thomas's priorities to Jesus, but if Simon Peter and Eden can make it work (though not *completely* free in martial struggles 😔) then I'm sure Thomas and Eden can, whether they have a long-distance relationship with Ramah running her father's business or she continues along for the ride when it comes to Jesus's ministry. In time she can probably teach *others* to read the Scriptures as Mary Magdalene taught her, and play a big part of the many women who worked hard for the ministry of Jesus.
I do feel for Ramah in the sense she must feel torn between her loyalty to her father as his obedient and dutiful daughter and between following her heart (her desire to marry the man she loves) and convictions (serving Jesus Christ in His ministry), which *both* Kafni does not think highly of. I'm sure this would be extremely hard for her as she loves her father but also Thomas, and they are *both* loyal to Jesus. I'd certainly struggle with this if I was in her shoes.
I suppose I understand that Kafni only wants the best for his daughter and wants her to be cared and provided for, but it's *also* important that she's with someone who makes her happy and genuinely loves her, which Thomas *does*. Thomas has his flaws but he's overall a good man who is responsible and cares deeply for Ramah's needs, which I'm sure even Kafni would hopefully respect. Overall, I think if I had a daughter I'd want to know that she's with someone she loves and makes her happy. Though I'm a woman and from a completely different time period and culture to Kafni, I'd hope that he'd be a similar way. Hopefully he's reasonable and puts his daughter's desires into account.
