Loved this video! Question, what is the required minimum downpayment for a primary residency, conventional loan on a fourplex? I am a first-time home buyer and I think I should go for a fourplex, instead of a SFH and start building wealth, but the downpayment scares me, I know with an FHA loan I can put 3.5% down on a fourplex, but what about for a conventional loan?

I say go for it it is your money if you need it now use it especially for a house you can always replace the money because you are working at the job and you can always increase what you put in there

I can't say but as a warning... If at some point for any reason you can't pay that 401k loan back and you are younger than 59 1/2 years old you will have to pay a 10% early withdrawal penalty to the IRS. Factor that in to your decision.
