I think most of the big Papios came from using oama… a lot of people like the yozuri crystal minnows.
As for the tournaments, the ones I did were all invite only. But I’m sure there are others that aren’t . Best to ask the local tackle shops cause they often help donate to them so they would know when they are held and which ones are open
