The order will sync to AutoDS where you will have to fulfill them, this means you will initially pay the supplier. Hi! When you process the order in AutoDS the tracking info should sync in Amazon so the details can be sent out to your customer.

Hello i have question. Actually i recently joined with autods. Whatever the products we are looking in market place with price on. When we import that into out shopify store. That imports with same price. So is that price includes our profit or do we have to edit price over that product to add our profit. ? Because when i open that product description in shopify it shows 2 different price. 1. Product cost per item And 2. Actual price. Do u mind help me in this please would be really appreciated?

I have a question. I see a great deal of charges for the app here for every option. Do you also markup the products to make a profit yourself on pushed over products from aliexpress ect???

I'm having trouble understanding the supplier settings. I set up the supplier settungs, but now when I go to add a product from the supplier, none of the information I previously selected is flowing through. At least not what I can visually see. Am I missing a step to make sure that my supplier settings update to my drafts?

Hello! In the orders tab in AutoDS, there will be an option to communicate with your supplier. So when a customer opens a return, you can coordinate it with your supplier and provide you a label.

Hi there, we send orders as ‘gifts’ from Amazon, so the buyer won’t see how you much you paid, and buyers don’t usually care about receiving AMZ packages as long as they get the order they want.

Hello! I'm unsure what you mean. But you should set up your profit margin in the AutoDS settings, so when products are imported to your store the profit margin is already added.

Default Product Quantity is either very confusing or a ridiculous option to have. Why would I want to limit my customer from buying as many items as they want?
because scamming competitors will try to buy everything in a fake way just so your store shows that you have 0 items in stock. I dont know how to explain it but I saw a video about it.

How do u actually add items to your store ???? It lets you push import - but how do u go from import to then add to store ??? It doesn’t let you copy what have imported!!!! So frustrating
Hi there, sorry to hear this! From the marketplace, when clicking import, the product will go to the Draft page where you can do edits to the product. You can click import again and they will go to the Products page. When they are good to go from the Products page, you can import them so they are pushed to your store.

Ok , now when I try to add to my store it says error ?? Then when I was talking to support they said to renew my token , then when I tried to , then I get an error message

I do have new account with AutoDS. They say there are many dropshippers doing business with AutoDS, butI highly doubt that with that poor Customer service. I opened new account with AutoDS and there’s no one that can guide. Even though what they claim is easy do add product and it will automatically appear in your for ex. Amazon store, it isn’t. Their website is not fully operable. Don’t buy their word…
AutoDS is trying to do too many things. I cannot get a response from their customer service, and when I do, it's three or four days later on a simple question that could take minutes to answer on chat. I was really hyped at the beginning, but I'm about to change to a different platform since I cannot get simple questions answered, either at all or within a short period of time

@@AutoDS the issue has nothing to do with dropshipping, it has everything to do with questions specific to the orders. They either do not get answered or take three days to get answered with a cut and paste response (like the one you just provided). Not having live chat with someone that can resolve problems or questions on the spot causes a lag with the order, which ultimately leads to fewer sales.
What if tiktok held the fulfillment and it stuck on pending.
Hi there, there are two options on TikTok shop: ship by TikTok or by Seller. Kindly make sure you have the ship by seller in your shipping settings on TikTok shop, so you are the one updating the orders. What if u r from a third world nation
I recommend doing some research before starting a journey in dropshipping. Some dropshippers are selling in a country they are not based from. You can either source products that can ship where you are from, so you can sell in your country. Alternatively, you can look for a market outside your country where you think you can gain profit. Meticulous research is needed here and I wish you all the best!
