The reason why the bottle is flipping easily is that the density of the liquid has increased significantly due to the extra salt added . The more dense the liquid the more the stability. Sir explains that the centre of mass shifts towards the bottom which is not the case.The centre of mass remains the same.
the salt mass that has been added is at the bottom water you can also check it by applying the formula for centre of mass so position of centre of mass changes and shifts towards bottom (m1r1+m2r2+m3r3) /(m1+m2+m3)
The only explanation I know of is sodium chloride added to water will decrease the volume of the solution, up to around 2% for a saturated solution. Even when fully saturated, that's not a big change, so you may not have been able to observe it without something with a narrow neck like a volumetric flask. If you start with a large volume and carefully mark the level, you should be able to see it and this reason actually makes the point of shifting centre of mass more towards bottom
