Believe it or not over 50% of the graffiti has been cleaned, most before the 2004 Olympic games came to Athens, so you can imagine how the city looked prior to the Olympics, think 80's NYC but worse. The issue right now is the younger people don't mind the graffiti, they're use to it and because of the European hipster culture, graffiti is seen as a form of "art", even if it just looks like a 5 year old scribbles things on a wall in different colors.
The apartment was successfully sold and it’s owner has already received the Golden Visa. The video was filmed before the recent changes. Next months will publish new videos from Athens.

To get the Golden Visa, no. In other cases, yes, you can, if you find a bank that is willing to give you a mortgage. It is not easy.
