Due to the location of ADOS in the empire, they rank 1 typically when talking about blacks globally. Africans come second. Now are Afro Latins going to rank every other group of black above them? Probably not. When every other group refers to black people, are they imagining Afro Latins? 9.9 times out of 10, no. Unless they bring up Latin America probably never. When they do bring up Latin America, it’s usually in reference to white Latins. If not for black ADOS and passport bros, would people even know that black people are big in Latin America?
