Support your baby’s neck and back when he is on your back or check. The poor baby is going to get hurt. Not to be mean, but you don't need another baby to care for. It isn't fair to either child. The person filming are showing their breast, and exploiting these Vietnamese women and the babies for CZcams payment. The single mother's probably get a few dollars or food, if anything.
Remember, this is in Communist governed Vietnam, where impoverished Vietnamese people, actually live like what we see on these CZcams channel videos. The single mother's most likely don't own said channel. If so, why wouldn't they live better and not put their children through what we see daily, sick, hungry, and sometimes dirty; and abandoned babies for money? Now, finding abandoned babies could be an reenactment of when and where, an abandoned baby or toddler was found. But, understand there orphanages all over Vietnam. These Vietnamese orphanages house unwanted and abandoned Vietnamese babies and older children; until they reach a certain age. Then, a lot of times the cycle repeats itself. And single women and families sometimes adopt andraise an abandoned baby or child as their own. Also, understand that unwanted pregnancy and out of wedlock births are frowned upon. So, single mothers can be outcasts, among these impoverished people as well.
Why not make your baby a playpen so he can play and sleep in it while you are present but busy...with verticle bars too close to get his head stuck, slip through and not able to climb out. madre no es solo la que pare, sino la que cuida, ama y proteja ,esta chica si pudo llevar al niño abandonado, a las autoridades, pero que habría sido de el, uno mas entre miles y cuidado por quien sabe , no habria estado mejor, con ella si pues, le dará una familia directa, y un hogar que con amor esta construyendo. para ella la vida habría sido mas cómoda con solo su hijo . como decidió la madre biológica, abandonar al fruto de sus entrañas, por comodidad.
