The Landowner in a few videos back said in the future he will renovate the house and move in to live with Ly and her son. So, let's hoping he will do a complete renovation, including the gate operating remotely. The gate needs to be locked at all times, with intercom. Ly needs to be safe at the property where no one comes and goes as they pleases. The area seems fairly isolated and she has no electricity. It doesn't seem safe and secure enough for a single mother and her child out in the remote area by themselves.

In the meantime though, as you are so good with your hands, why don't you elevate the fire from off the ground by building a brick fire pit, and raise the pipe up also? You are very capable and I know the landlord would help if he sees you doing so. Another thing, wear some gloves at all time to protect your hands and nails when you are out in the fields.
