Longsword Sparring at the Beach in the Rain 🌧

Apologies for the wind! It was quite rainy that day. Ludus Ferocia met up with the Order of the Talon, a HEMA club who is just across the water from us. This was the first time two historical combat clubs in our area met, taught together, and sparred each other. It was a rewarding experience that we hope happens again soon.
This sparring match was between myself (metal pauldrons) and the leader of the group, Taylor. I can only hope that our clubs will help our members sharpen each other over time. Sparring new people challenges you to improve. Happy swording, friends.
