I know I gave the hat measurement, but just wanted to make super clear this makes a hat better suited for a very small child and babies (not preemie size, too big for that). TYSM!!! I love this machine, I already ordered the 48 pin...I couldn't help myself!
I just ordered this for making dog Snoods
I'll be getting the bigger one too and the teeny one for tiny dogs
I used your link to order the 48 pin machine with an added extra counter because I am old and I need something to count for me lol Thanks for a great tutorial as always. Keep up the great work.
I love watching you use these looms. Love to see you do different crafts. TFS. Hugs
I'm in awe of your talents. The hat looked wonderful and I'm so glad you had such fun with it. God bless.
Yes for sure!!!! Vianney I can not thank you enough for the video. I am in awe to learn much more from you. I hope you have the time to teach us more. Maybe the 48 machine? You are the best instructor. ❤
Awesome video! Great explanation of how to use it!
Girl you a great 👍 teacher 👩🏫 keep up the good work to encourage me in many ways . Thanks 🙏 much .
Both great hats!!!
Another great knitting video. 👍🏾
Thank you for sharing ❤
Love it, 💜💜
TYSM!
Love the hat! Makes me want to give it a try! Will you be doing a tutorial on the 48 pin as well? Would be interesting to see the comparison. thanks again for the tutorial.
The needles do have a number identifying them. They are raised but very small. They are located in the pink area towards the outer white rim where the pin and white meet.
As usual great video! Can you use the same yarn on the Addie so we can compare because now I want one of these machines and I am thinking I want a bigger machine vs a small one. Looking forward to seeing the 48 pin review! Maybe that one will be the winner. Thanks again and you are the BEST!!
You are on the tightest tension middle is med and the one on the bottom is loose..
I think the difference between your hats is the tension. The Addi feed you just held in your hand, the Sentro held it tighter.
I have Centros also! Be careful! You will quickly become addicted! 😂😜😀
Is yours super loud and sounds like it's breaking the addi is a lot quieter
Hey Vianny,. To latch off the hat etc. I stop using the colour yarn on the Addi/machine while continuing to knit in a different colour for 2 more rows then remove the whole thing. I then use a tapestry needle and the tail of my hat yarn to finish my hat away from the machine !.. Hope this helps, I tried t9 explain best I could 😩❤️
You do the waste yarn method. I mentioned that method and why I wasn't doing it quite yet for these beginner type videos. TYSM!!
i wish i saw this before i got the 40 needle one because i want to make adult hats AHHHH damn it
I love my larger machine for hats, but this one makes decent scarves, headbands/earwarmers and leg warmers, even. I hope you find a use for it
How do you make a goofy?
Ich wollte diese 40 er für Mützen für meinen Enkel, 3 Jahre alt. Ist diese Maschine passend?
Nice. Do you recommend the 48 pin Sentro? I really want this now😊
Yeah, I would go with the 48 if you want to make a hat larger than a baby/small child. This one barely fit Miranda, and she's only 8!! TYSM!
Mine has a small needle an it keeps messing up my hat! Can anyone tell me why its there?
Check your tension and if red heart most sentro does like yarn put you use dryer sheets
Great hat and tutorial! So these machines can only do scarfs and hats?
Yep! Generally, for the scarfs you just keep going for as long as you like then sew (using the yarn needle or a crochet hook) the ends shut. I totally misread your comment, it can do more than hats and scarves...but it takes more work.
So you could do skirts tops dress etc. Or would it never be wide enough.. I've just ordered 1 but tempted to cancel
you could use that yarn as the waste yarn and just reuse for that
(:
I want this machine for making hats with my grandchildren so the 40 pin one sounds good for children?
To be honest, this one is probably best suited for baby/toddler hats. It says for kids, but it is pretty tight. Try the 48 or so pin machines, I think you'll prefer that.
@@VianneyCreates thank you I ordered the 40 but it’s not too late to change, the youngest is 4yrs
Now I will have both to try, thank you for your tutorial and fast response! I love sharing crafts with my grands 😊 well and crafting myself too though I am a quilter for the most part.
I like this better.
I do, too. But it does make a pretty small hat! LOL! I'll use it for pretty scarves. (:
What is the weight of this machine
What the p button do and the t thanks
The "P" is for "Panel." So, to knit a flat panel. The "T" is for "Tube." I do talk about that in the video, I hope you see that info. TY!
I hate my machine!! I have the 40 and I’ve had it for over a month and made absolutely nothing. Tucks, drop stitches is frustrating so it just sits on my desk.
I'm sorry to hear that. In my experience, the type of yarn really makes a difference. Have you tried basic (classic) Big Twist from JoAnn? It worked so well. Michaels' basic Loops & Threads works really well, too. Just get a plain color, nothing variegated or funky to begin with. I hope you have better luck.
Yeah don;t do that little diagram of the one that says take it off then stitch it lol
good video get to the point tho
Talk too fast
Yes, I do.
I wish you talked about the item instead of all the flannel. I want to learn about using the machine not hear about hospitals etc. Sorry.
I have no idea what you're referring to. I'm sorry.
Thank you so much for this video , it really helped me alot. Do you have Instagram I can follow you on?
