Wonderful figures with insufficient number of poses for 1/72. Normally, when Airfix ported a set of 1/32 figures to 1/72 they would add a number of additional poses to avoid excess repetition and add greater variation of poses in the greater number of figures but not done with this set. Still, some of the best figures Airfix ever produced.
Here is my 9 year old self’s review: Disappointing - Very few poses - no novelty things like heavy machine guns/rubber dinghies/ at guns On the plus side it had lots of SMGs.

I bought the Italians 1/72 scale they are awesome I have a small army and they also have mountain troops 1/72 scale
The only ww2 set l never possessed
I remember saving for this set had paper rounds and used to walk up to model shop at school lunch time, I was not disappointed

Nice set...but 1:32 is better
I haven't seen the 32 scale one. Is it the same pose?
