Jemal shows you how to inspect a Mini gearbox

It's been about 10 years since I explained what causes a transmission to grind and crunch gears when shifting, and I still get very nice comments from viewers - thank you!
This is more specific to the classic Mini later gearboxes and shows a few basic ways to check that it's good before bolting it back onto an engine. It's one I've built so it's nice and clean to show some details, but the things to look for apply to most transmissions for the classic Mini, and indeed to most synchro or 'baulk-ring' style transmissions.
