I am a smart, college educated black woman with a very above average IQ. I have always tested in the mid to upper 90s percentile on any standardized test I've taken, (including college prep exams like the SAT and ACT). I even went to an elementary school for gifted children. I don't think this man's problem wasn't necessarily that he is not smart, but too nervous and ill prepared.
