I was in The Styling department for over 20 years and was let go I consider myself very experienced and competent in my job there are people that I respected and thought were more experienced and better than I was there were let go it was quite a shock these people were very good at what they did and replaced by people that had no experience whatsoever in that position but obviously were much cheaper to employ than us

BTW - Not all of us who drive Teslas are "saving the planet", I grew up in the muscle car era and made my career in technology. How could I pass on something that geeky and that fast? At least I never claimed it was an "investment" 😂. Keep up the great videos, it is hard to say I enjoy watching the train wreck, but I do find what you do informative.

Hey TK update on my 2020 Ram 1500 E torque with broken manifolds was covered under warranty but took a week to be repaired because of parts lacking 🤔 Work was completed by Lithia Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep Great Falls Montana 🤙👍👍
I'm so glad we had this time together (Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, and Jeep) just to have a laugh 😃 or sing a song 🎵 seems we just get started and before you know it comes a time we say SO LONG..😊

I bought a '14 GC new from David (Kelleher) CDJR. I found him to be not only arrogant, but his dealership wrote the book on price gouging for service & parts and he gives peanuts for trade ins... have no sympathy for that dude.

At this point it would be.best if all the dealers walked away and the people in manufacturing jobs walk out so Stellantis can't even manufacture Mopar products and force their hand to sell
I am a master Chrysler technician and it is crazy how much Stellantis has been lowering labor times. All dealers are struggling to find techs, no one wants to work for a Chrysler store anymore
Those troubleshooters the sent to our plant are a joke, the Ram1500 launch was a and still is a debacle. Bear in mind we have another launch Ev 1500 yet the problems from the previous launch have not been solved, go figure. I am still the same dedicated productive employee pre launch and post launch. Management mistakes were and are still are being made at this particular plant yet the mantra is workforce problems . Oh dont forget the rotating door of low level floor managers we have been under ,6 different bosses in the last 3 months.
I’ve owned a few Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth cars and some were pretty good and some were very bad but I have to say that I hate to see them go out like this 😢❤
They're gonna have to hire two CEOs to fix what he's done. Give them both half of his salary, turn them loose, whichever one does better gets to stay and have the 2nd half of their salary the following year.
Why don't these Admirals that are leaving get together and buy Dodge, RAM, Chrysler, and Jeep from Stellantis along with the group of people you were trying to get together to buy a part of Stellantis???
I get the dealer groups concern. They have a lot of capital invested, and with the slowdown of sales across multiple brands they don't feel they can absorb the hit on their bottom line now

When you been selling beer for 50 years, you can't switch to selling champagne over night and expect your normal customers to switch to champagne and champagne drinkers dont want champagne from a company known for making beer.
I'm a bit surprised Stellantis still hasn't fired Tavares yet. You almost get the idea maybe the other powers that be within Stellantis are just shorting their stock and riding the boat right on down....or this is all part of the plan.

How about this, Stellantis is Europe based, US dealer owners based here, sells a car all cash stays in US, but get Europe owners of dealership, some or most cash
goes to Europe. That's what I think is the game.
Hopefully some company buys Jeep because Stellantis is destroying that brand.
Unfortunately, Carlos is going nowhere. Stellantis, as a corporation, is posting significant profits for its shareholders and distributing dividends. Only hope would be for them to sell of the American brands. Which I don't see happening.

America needs to return all auto manufacturing by the Big Three Ford, GM, & Chrysler to the United States. If not for them and their US manufacturing plants during WWII that war might have turned out differently.

Absolutely electric vehicles are worse than gasoline vehicles. Few realize how mining for lithium contaminates a whole towns water supply. All because of the water they need to mine with. Lithium batteries are absolutely terrible for the environment.
