    Professor D can you please do updated videos on the new nclex that’s coming out with more questions I have shared your videos with other students in my school and we agreed that we’d watch your videos even if they were an hour long. The nclex is changing in 2022 so we would like to see if you can make more videos geared towards that. Thank you for your work it helps us tremendously.

    Hey Lvn here in school 2022 and I’ve been watching her and very helpful!!! I swear to this helped me pass my ATI proctors! She seriously calls you out 😂 and keeps it serious which I love! Keeps you on the edge when you pick your answer and your wrong sometimes or most of the time 🙂Love the attitude I need it in teaching! I also love the way she explains stuff! I wish she was my instructor!

    You’ve been great tbh. I’ve been reviewing with your question for NCLEX. For #6. I would have go with the normal CPR sequence since I don’t want to delay oxygen to the brain. Idk. But lmk if that would have been wrong.

    I understand the reasoning for #5, but it doesn’t say that the diabetic is high. As a type one myself, that’s what threw me for a second. I did get it right, but I questioned it because the blood sugar level wasn’t there. Trying to think as a nurse on something you’ve had for 20 years as a patient and that you’ve been taught about by doctors and diabetic educators is HARD. It’s almost like jumping pathways completely. You help me with that so much! 🤣

    I don't understand why you wouldn't check the brachial pulse after determining the unresponsiveness. It seems like part of the initial focused assessment :(
