did you take a peds hesi? if so, what other content did you use to help you study? I just recently found these videos and so far it is helping to remember
I chose peds to study tonight and I'm so thankful I found your channel! Liked and subscribed! Please keep the channel content coming 🙏 I hope your channel continues to grow! Thank You Ms. Wonderful
Professor D can you please do updated videos on the new nclex that’s coming out with more questions I have shared your videos with other students in my school and we agreed that we’d watch your videos even if they were an hour long. The nclex is changing in 2022 so we would like to see if you can make more videos geared towards that. Thank you for your work it helps us tremendously.
I got my LPN in 2021, and in three days, I will start my last semester in my RN bridge program. I wish I had found you a long time ago. I definitely will stay tuned for more videos.
Thank you so much for all your peds content! My classmates and I all watch your videos! I'm getting a 3.9 GPA in my RN program and you are definitely one of the reasons.
Hey Lvn here in school 2022 and I’ve been watching her and very helpful!!! I swear to this helped me pass my ATI proctors! She seriously calls you out 😂 and keeps it serious which I love! Keeps you on the edge when you pick your answer and your wrong sometimes or most of the time 🙂Love the attitude I need it in teaching! I also love the way she explains stuff! I wish she was my instructor!
I just want to say thank you! I was ready to give up a semester before I graduate because of the lack of direction from Staff and Professors at my Campus. I feel like I am going to be okay since finding your videos
thank you so much for this video!! really helped me understand priority in peds starting to see that's what's most important in this population priority!!!!
Thanks for your hardwork Professor D. Your subscribers have grown so much. I have recommended you to my cohort. The Traditional kiddos will have Peds/Maternal & Childcare this fall, but accelerated peeps are gonna be juggling it this Summer!!!!
You’ve been great tbh. I’ve been reviewing with your question for NCLEX. For #6. I would have go with the normal CPR sequence since I don’t want to delay oxygen to the brain. Idk. But lmk if that would have been wrong.
@@NexusNursing Thank you! My Maternity HESI is Thursday! I’m watching your videos on that too and I have my whole class watching you! We literally heard your voice in our heads during the exam yesterday!
I understand the reasoning for #5, but it doesn’t say that the diabetic is high. As a type one myself, that’s what threw me for a second. I did get it right, but I questioned it because the blood sugar level wasn’t there. Trying to think as a nurse on something you’ve had for 20 years as a patient and that you’ve been taught about by doctors and diabetic educators is HARD. It’s almost like jumping pathways completely. You help me with that so much! 🤣
I don't understand why you wouldn't check the brachial pulse after determining the unresponsiveness. It seems like part of the initial focused assessment :(
@@NexusNursing 11:05 The nurse enters the clients room and realizes the 9 month old not breathing. Which intervention should the nurse implement? Prioritize the nurses actions

Can you please come and teach peds to my class. My instructor sucks and she do not even care that she is a bad teacher!!!
Re question about the infant child not breathing. Is this the current AHA guideline?
time stamp please?
@@NexusNursing 11:05 The nurse enters the clients room and realizes the 9 month old not breathing. Which intervention should the nurse implement? Prioritize the nurses actions
I’m also asking the same way. I’m a bit confused. I thought after assessing the unresponsiveness you have to check the brachial pulse 🤷🏻♀️🥺
@@giemaniago7847 @Nexus Nursing especially for the fact that it says infant using CPR guidelines?
@@NexusNursing please clarify for us
