This video is inspired by Wadzee and Luke TheNoteable Hardcore Minecraft Series, as well as Mumbo Jumbo and Grian on the Hermitcraft server. However, instead of it being Wadzee, Luke, Mumbo Jumbo or Grian, it's actually just Carvs. I like to make Giant Mega Builds, and this is similar to a Custom Minecraft Challenge video, except the Custom Minecraft Challenge is to survive. yes I stole this from sandiction. Isn't how crazy how big the Minecraft community is even after all these years? Kinda mind blowing when you see how much most communities drop off after this long.
Just a testament to what happens when devs create a game they actually give a shit about and have a vested interest in keeping it alive rather than buying time till the next consumer cycle.
The only game that can compete with Minecraft longevity wise is GTA 5. Both games came out a decade ago and are still popular.

1:52 FYI you can hover over an item in your inventory and press the offhand button to put it in your offhand without having to drag it. Very helpful for restocking a totem ASAP

Consider constructing a mob switch in your upcoming video. This way, you can avoid the inconvenience of hostile mobs disrupting your farming and diamond grinding endeavors.
You used TNT-duping, a glitch. If you're gonna dupe in order to get the most diamonds, why not just dupe the diamonds?
I’m assuming the official world record rules allow any glitches or bugs that are in the game, accessible to all players (since they are a component of the game if they are not removed), but specifically does not allow any exploitation that DIRECTLY affects the current amount of diamonds you have collected. If I had to guess, but the record is official

I felt bad that it had some big problems along the road but I felt really awesome with the idea and the dedication to make it real!!

it is 103k afaik, havent seen any newer mining sessions mentioned anywhere from scicraft members
It is single player, but scicraft is also a modded server.
Not that impressive what Carvs did, since he cheated in his void base video, he may have also cheated in this one.
Don’t give Carvs too much credit, since he has proven that he is one of the dishonest ones.

I usually start by making a big hut for all the villagers, then mine for some time and get Iron so i can make an Iron fam and also have basic armor. While doing that my sugarcane is growing for books for librarian stands. When the iron farm is ready is afk for one real life night and get toolsmiths that always trade iron. Then i basically get all the books for an echantment table so I can limit the time getting all the enchanted books from villagers only. Then I buy everything from them, beat the game, build an enderman farm, get ancient debris and upgrade my base!
Later i make an gunpowder and foodfarm after I get the elytra. I find this the most practical way for me since now I have everything to start making cool build

I had the same problem with the world eater machine. Randomly it would keep going. I found that if I disabled fabric (required for litematica) it would not happen any more and the machine was 100% reliable.

So i did some math. @Carvs in order to fully fill double chests with everything diamonds can be used to make (exclusing firework stars since they're useless, and armor and tools because of trades) you would need 438,800 diamonds.

Scicraft doesn’t count, its a modded server with dozens of players. The record is in vanilla single player.
