How to Climb and Loot the Dome Monument - A Detailed Guide | Rust Tutorial

- This video will cover the newly updated dome monument and its loot, utilities, features, and path to climb. The dome is a fun location to quickly acquire some crates and try your luck at a bit of parkour. But remember to be careful since the dome contains a lot of locations in which you can mess up and easily die. If you have a mini copter it can be a great location to stop by and pick up some military crates, however, watch out for angry travellers who don’t want their loot stolen.

btw, you can tap S on pipes while sliding just in middle, more risky but still did that myself many times

I must've not hugged one pipe right on the way down I splattered with a full inventory from a supply drop. Luckily I spawned on the beach next to a horse and bee lined right back and snatched up the loot. That was my first thompson and assault rifle blueprint
It’s literally my first time playing rust and I looted some and got a custom a db and about 200 scrap
when going down the fast route by the 2 pipes i didnt watch the last part and when i got down i didnt die im so lucky

The dome is not new, however, it has new changes to its layout and features.

Silly chads. Refineries are for making charcoal. Bear hunting and bone knife harvesting is the fastest and safest method to get fuel. No monuments. No sitting still. No gunfire. High yield anywhere on the map. Just a tip. Do what you like. I find the hunting enjoyable and the fuel plentiful.
Farm red barrels, start refinery, climb up dome and loot it, grab lgf on your way out. Early wipe you're not using your crude for anything anyways. Worst that can happen is it gets stolen. Big deal.

So almost nothing has changed.
The inside jump has been removed making it much easier to get up inside monument. Additionally, the whole bottom of the monument has been redesigned along with CCTV cameras so the player can observe the monument.

yes, it's a new feature so it isnt that easy and accessible for fresh players. you will prob. need a hazmat suit
