Smoky Extras I honestly hate it when people rush animators. Animators have their own life outside of what they do (meaning they can't animate 24/7) and yet they get yelled at by impatient people. Ungrateful bastards.
Ethan Rhoades its simply, the app on the 3ds works like a flipbook when you press the left button you can make as many pages as you want for your animation and press the left button to go back, if you press the up button it will take you to a page where you can add in color, change the speed of the animation, apply audio, and much more but thats only if you choose to. Lastly if you press the down button it will abviously take you back down to the screen of your drawing. Just reapeat these steps and you can animate too by downloading the app at nintendo.com.

This video is great, but if I'm gonna be a critic, you need to work on making more bouncier and more cartoony animation. Slapstick like this doesn't work so properly with stiff animation.
