- Republican candidate Donald Trump has revealed more details about the moment he was almost killed at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
“I knew immediately it was a bullet,” Mr Trump told Elon Musk on X.
The former US President told Mr Musk that he is “more of a believer” in God after surviving the assassination attempt last month.
“For those people who don’t believe in God, we’ve got to all start thinking about that,” Trump said.
Musk praised the former US President for his bravery.
“You can’t fake bravery under such circumstances,” Musk said.
The fact the man is alive is an undeniable miracle.
In the bigger scheme of things, I'd like to think the universe spared Teflon Don for some reason.
I have read that Crooks was a poor shot, wore glasses, and obviously under pressure to perform his dastardly deed, missing the former president, thankfully.
