This whole video feels like me ranting to some uninterested friends about these games after smoking a bowl, and I'm all here for it!
People who like Vice City should give Vice City Stories a try. It's a much more polished game and the gameplay tries to rival San Andreas in some ways. Map has way more detail and you can get territory/swim. To be honest, the Stories games were better than their PS2 equivalents imo. The PS2 port of VCS especially is a blessing.
I think vice city is better thats just me
When I think of GTA I think of vice city but GTA sa was so ahead of its time with all the stuff you could do in it not to mention three whole cities to explore as you progress through the story. Also congrats on 1k 🎉❤

completed it for maybe the 5th time this summer, San andreas also, good times
Gta3 and Vice city were mind blowing at the time.. San Andreas was such a massive step up.. but.. the jump to Gta4 was miraculous.

Vice city just has that charm
Vice city is maybe my favourite, but boy is that game clunky to play these days. SA has definitely aged better gameplay wise

7:21 It's too bad we never got a GTA San Andreas Stories. We got Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories, both great games as well.
Which game is better, Vice City or San Andreas? I'd say San Andreas because it's a newer, far larger game with much more to do. Vice City paved the way for San Andreas.
I preferred GTA 3 but that was a long time ago. I probably played it so much and then moved on to MGS 3 or something. Maybe I'll give SA and VC another go some time.
Vice City wins easy on soundtrack comparison
2 great games. Vice city’s esthetic is some of the best you’ll ever see in a video game. Their soundtrack captures the 80s perfectly… but San Andreas just does more. Bigger map, fun rpg elements, swimming, climbing, more missions, better controls, more things to do around the cities, customizing your clothes, flying planes, can play co-op. I still remember how ground breaking San Andreas was when it dropped.
Each game has its own unique style back then, but to sum up Gta Sa and Iv are the best Gta games! They both share the number 1 spot I believe :)

GTA San Andreas is the greatest game ever made
The first GTA game I ever played was GTA: SA. After this, I couldn't enjoy GTA: VC or any other in the same way. San Andreas is just unbeatable.
San Andreas and it’s not even close. I like vice city but I’ll even put Scarface ps2 over it. Scarface ps2 did it better. Vice city is a classic but San Andreas is the most iconic gta game. The side characters like big smoke is one of the most legendary side characters. Cj is still the face of gta. The story is better and more memorable. What puts San Andreas over vice city and all the other gta games is the diversity it has. It’s still the only game with multiple cities,weight effect,changing fighting styles is an option as well. It’s the only gta with co op. The side missions was better like low riding or taking over gang territories. You could even have multiple women. It was fivem rp before rp was even a thing. Vice city again was a classic game but San Andreas was a big improvement in every way. San Andreas is the last gta game that improved from the previous games. Gta 4 while is had a great story it lacked diversity. Gta 5 lacked both diversity and story. The only better thing about the newer gta games is the graphics.

SA is slightly better but it came out 2 years after VC
Both are great games but I prefer Vice City more.
