good job guys!! interesting the removing of the aspiration catheter with subsequent new advancement, while the stentriever remains in place. A question: don’t you aspirate when deflating the flow- gate?

Sure we always do distal and proximal aspiration. In this case the ot burden was so large that the flowgate was clogged!
