  • Lessons I took from Theodore Roosevelt autobiography. After being shot during a speech, he stood up an address, the crowd saying it takes more than that to kill a bull moose. #discipline #farming #homestead #inspiration #motivation #pipes #coffee #whiskey #family #outdoors #cigars #countrylife

Really nice video. Wonderful review. TR was a great man. He spent part of his child battling health issues. Having to observe life it gave him the drive to get better and live life.
Fusilier's Ration was developed to be a copy of the old Bengal Slices. Now Bengal Slices is now being made again. Not sure how ot compares to the old version. It might be something to try.
Have a great weekend and happy puffing !!!!

Great video. Brilliant reflections. Can you do a video on coffee? What beans you go for, how you brew it etc.

I’ve been reading Edmund Morris’s first book in his Theodore Roosevelt Trilogy it’s really good. Theodore was definitely the Greatest American to ever live. 👍

Instead of admiring folks who actually lived life, like Roosevelt, too many kids and adults today admire millionaires who play-act and make pretend on movie screens. Some even think these actors are real "tough guys" etc. They might be "cool," but they are NOT real.
