love the finished look! didn't comment on yesterday's vid but i totally agree, the industry is getting out of hand with the amount of products being released and the pressure on consumers and influencers to constantly buy and end up wasting makeup. looking forward to your low/no buy vids next year. i'm kinda forced to be low/no buy since i'm a broke teen but the average person doesn't need that many products in the first place

Shop my stash GRWMs are my go-to video. If I see one, I watch it 😂 And GRWM in general, I rarely watch haul or first impressions videos. I totally get where you’re coming from, and I’m there too. I have still been watching lots of beauty content, but I haven’t really been “influenced” to buy new products in the same way I used to. I bought a handful of new products this year, all luxury products that I really thought about and curated. I’ve been challenging myself to set a makeup bag for the month (or week sometimes) and then using only that makeup for that week or month. It’s been fun and I’ve planned a good amount of products that way!
You definitely convinced me to get the youthforia blush. I find myself not be a makeup girly but I find your get readys with me to be easy enough to follow!!! I can’t wait for what’s next.

Chessieee what happens if a brand sends you PR products? I hope you still review those tho because i always love hearing and seeing new makeup on you and our complexion
Usually brands will send me an email before shipping out PR! I’ve decided I’ll be accepting it on a case by case basis. I do want to stay away from review videos but I could see myself using a newer gifted product in a GRWM. I know a lot of people watch me because our features are pretty underrepresented! I’ll just have to see what I’m comfortable with. I really want to focus on using what I have this year because it’s already so much!
Love the no-buy/low-buy idea! I bought way too much makeup this year bc of social media and I need to focus on using the products consistently instead of once. I love the idea of a monthly/weekly makeup rotation where you select the makeup products you want to use for the month and seeing how many looks you can make with it. It’s a video concept by @Sincerely Sarah C on CZcams!
