I grew up in Brooklyn NY in the 1960s
Those cars were starting to rust back then
I now live in new Jersey and my 09 focus is starting to rust in the rocker panels
Some of the better ones look like 5 Year old used cars

When I was growing up I think we had a 74 Plymouth station wagon, I say I think because I think it was a 74, it was a wood grain with brown paint and brown interior, I remember riding in it quite a bit when I was six or seven years old, Going to the stores with my mom. We also drove it down to Florida from Indiana to see my grandma and grandpa, the old going to Florida with a station wagon in the 70s lol

One way to tell a 53 from a 54 Chrysler are the headlights, the 54‘s had a parking light right under the headlights as part of the bezel, the 53‘s were headlight and trim ring only.
