- Can am X3 BLOWN BELT! UTV overland, Overlanding, 2600 mile sxs adventure, SXS overland camping. I did it, I jinxed myself on day 13. Here is the story about a blown belt on a can am x3. Day 13 started out great.
We're exploring 2600 miles on an overlanding adventure, from the beautiful glaciers of Glacier National Park to the amazing dirt roads and trails of Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana.

This will kick off the Videos for the UTV overland trip from central Utah to glacier national park. this is extreme Overlanding at its best. we set out to see glacier national park on UTVs pulling trailers, all on as much dirt roads and mountains as we possably cood. The result, an amazing adventur that we will never forget. 2600+ miles there and back, Can we make it?

You remember what the belt temp was when it let go?
Ambient temp was 120 degrees. I felt a bit of a vibration and could smell it. So I was paying close attention. I was surprised the temp didn't get higher. After 5000 miles I know it was on borrowed time.
Fun ride but you got to work on that audio, hard to listen to.
Ya, the gopro audio is not the best. It's hard to get good audio while driving in an open machine. I will work on that. Thanks for watching.
