Ignore the visual bugs on cutscenes. This is probably due to I didn't clean the shaders for the video.
This mod has probably been the most difficult mod I have tried to make but it has helped me to learn several things about Unreal Engine 4.
The mod was almost done, I just had to fix the game speed (the game would speed up when you unlocked 60fps). Fixing the speed of the game is not a simple task and is what has taken me days and weeks to try to figure out.
Fl4sh_ decided to accept the challenge too and help me to achieve it and after several days and weeks of testing we finally succeeded.
I also want to thank Masagrator and Hazerou + ChanseyIsTheBest for the information provided in order to make and better understand the mod.
Finally I also want to thank JAGSTAX for providing me with some files to further understand how the cheat worked on real hardware. This has been quite key to make the mod.

I have the 60 fps mod, and the game is up-to-date but only the menus are at 60 fps the gameplay is running at 25 to 30 fps
even using the alternative memory layout doesn't work.

The truth is that I don't see the resolution increase either in my game or in your video

Min 5:23. Resolution: 2560x1440. You can use ReShade as I did to check what resolution you're using.
By default the game is 900p on Docked (1600x900).
Follow the instructions on Gamebanana link as well as the settings that I'm using on the video.

Check if you capped the frame somewhere else.
