@@alexbowlin7044the turrets in 16 have a special property that makes the game treat them as cubes. I assume they did this so that you can use them to hold the button down. But this property is what let’s them get burned in place of the companion cube.

I collected all the cameras in that test to save the cube. This naturally didn't work. that literally later I could not burn the cube because the chambers did not burn and stood below and because of this the cube did not touch the lava
