  • is a 232-mile/373km cycling adventure around Norfolk. Meandering along a mix of quiet, mostly flat back roads, byways, cycle paths and bridleways under huge panoramic skies, it’s a fantastic introduction to multi-day, on- and off-road adventuring for anyone.
The name comes from the fact that, while this ancient county is now characterised by a relaxed, timeless, pastoral charm, it has a fascinatingly turbulent history from the Iron Age onwards. Exploring the stories, ancient sites, stunning vistas and thriving wildlife of this unique area enriches every mile of this leisurely but rewarding loop.

Just caught up with these vids. Great filming and nice pace to the edits. Well done on doing it in 3 days of riding. I'm splitting it over 5 but with the medium weight gear you saw me with this weekend. The cut across through mid Norfolk drops the distance down to nearer 200 miles. Anyway, congrats. Big achievement. All the best!

I'm sure you will be fine. Plenty of places to stop for refreshments 🍻
All the best, appreciate the support

Enjoyed this Darren. You do go at some pace! Sounds like your crank bearing was shot! I know your Durston is 8 oz heavier but I would have sacrificed that for extra room. I have a durston and love it. Anyway, really well done!

When washing my bike I discovered that the rear brake pads had shifted and was rubbing on the disc, probably due to the extra weight? I hope that has fixed it 🤞
      Thanks for the support buddy

What a fantastic achievement to complete in 3 days!! Hope your knee isn't too bad and you got your bike sorted?

Hiya, yes think I sorted it, brake pad things had moved. It was a great trip, but left me exhausted for a few days 🤣

Lots of road but would you say the off road sections are doable on most road bikes?
