It makes a huge difference to your iron strikes and when this was first shown to me during some lessons from an ex LPGA tour pro some 25 years ago it did exactly as you mentioned. I don’t swing any harder, yet at 6’3” it added between 7 and 10 metres distance per each iron. It really does work and once dialed in produces a more consistent contact each time. Thanks for sharing Alex as not many amateur golfers know this. 👍👍

I have been really struggling with casting in my golf swing, by this I mean that in my downswing I am casting the golf club, I really hope you could make a video and how to stop casting the golf club, thanks a lot!
Covering the lead foot at address is a great cheat! I tried it yesterday on the range grass and compressed 10 balls perfectly in a row. And low point wasnt even perfect on all of them! Still the ball flight is something I need to get used to, they start at a much lower launch angle than I am used to, but end up being longer. Thanks Alex!
I just got my Ellermont practice net and I absolutely love it!
